No airport shuttle to get to the hotel and the air conditioner was very noisy

The room was spacious and perfect for the two of us. The walk in shower was fabulous we both would just stand in the shower and let the water beat our backs it felt amazing.

Hotel had no power or AC and the fire alarm went off 3 times. I didn’t sleep in the room as I stayed in the lobby

I like the setting of the rooms. I will suggest some maintenance to the pool.
I am not used to pay for parking on hotels, so for me was a bit not pleasant the news of charging for parking.

I haven’t stayed in this property by Hyatt for many years. It’s fine, it could use a little refreshing. But it was fine for a night. The breakfast was excellent.

Great location less than 10 min from the airport. Spacy room. Nice shower. Good coffee in the room

Had to stay because of a cancelled flight. Danielle was AMAZING in helping us get from the airport (multiple people and trips) to the hotel. My husband and son arrived an hour before me and when I came in she had my key ready and a big smile. So thankful I had her in my corner helping get us there and checked in!!!

We stayed in a pet friendly room, they kept us close to an exit so it was easier to take our dog outside

The Hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. They still advertise a hot tub however it was filled in with concrete. They also charge for parking on top of your hotel fee. None of this was stated anywhere on the reservation. We stay in this area once a year and will no longer use this hotel.

Just be aware that there is a parking fee, $10/night. They don't tell you up front and even when you check in, they don't mention it.
Furthermore, they have a couple of water bottles in the room and if you drink those, you have to pay $5.
I can understand that they're trying to stay in business and make a profit but I will definitely try to avoid this particular hotel in the future.

Smelled smelled smelled like pee and poo everyday mostly in the lobby and hallways.
Tv didn’t work and no one at that time, wanted to help, so we stayed as a family in silence, apart from our cellphones, BORING. Was extremely itchy laying in the bed, and cob webbs above the bed on the walls. One particular male worker in the evening really put the icing on the cake for me. He was just so darn condescending and blah.
I hated my stay and would give my big toe away for the days spent here BACK!!!!

There is a mixture of clientele that comes there; however, the guests are normally treated professionally by the staff, no matter what their personal attitudes are. It is thereby more comfortable than a lot of other hotels I visit in my travels. Customer service is generally higher than some hotels I have been to even when people are under a lot of pressure. It's not always easy to stand up for high standards if there are pressures to go another way; however, in the long run it is worth it to do so.

We stayed at yiur hotel because it was convenient to Dulles and had a park and park shuttle service that was reasonably priced

We had a nice stay traveling in town for a baseball tournament. Hotel staff were very accommodating and our room had everything we needed. The pool was nice with plenty of loungers to relax in while the kids swam. If we ever travel back to the area we will definitely be booking at the Hyatt House again!

Rooms were well appointed. The road into property was in bad shape, but no fault of the hotel. Be aware there is a $10 parking fee per a day for the hotel

Stayed here before in the past, before covid it was a superb experience. Stopped coming due to other family members experiences with the building after covid....Came back to see if things were the same but it looks as if they renovated it back to the excellent hotel it was before. Had a great stay!! Parking is no longer free butttt the $10 is a one time thing no matter how long your stay (not too much of a problem, its in walking distance if the sheetz.

The rooms were clean but a little old. There was no handsoap in the bathroom. Also the breakfast had limited options. The AC made a lot of noise. The front desk wasn't very helpful. Some of the things Hyatt should improve for better guest accomodation.
