The only thing good is the location near IAD

Honestly, the front desk team, they are rude and disrespectful and treat you sleeve. They never like to him and explain anything, that’s why they never scored high on the facility, always low. Even their manger are the same. So, I don’t recommend to anyone. If I could, I rate them as ZERO.

Emplacement dans l’aéroport, c’est bien pratique, surtout avec la navette. J’aurais préféré voir une mention de la navette sur le site de réservation, c’est un bon argument commercial quand on veut rejoindre rapidement l’aéroport.

L’isolation phonique des chambres et du couloir n’est vraiment pas bonne. Le personnel de restauration est peu aimable et peu prévenant. Le rapport qualité/prix du restaurant est abusif.

They did get us to the airport on time. But the bus was packed and people had to stand in the aisles. Some didn’t make it.

We paid extra for a room with a view of the lake. The room had a view of a blank wall. I complained and the got me what I paid for but it took time and effort. I didn’t want to spend time like that. The shuttle to the airport was not big enough for all the people

The location was excellent and the breakfast was very nice. Service was very friendly.

The signage in the elevator could be a little clear as to second floor.

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft.

Kam mit dem Shuttle (von dem ich nichts wusste, eventuell hat es in einer der vielen Emails zu lesen) direkt zum Hotel. Zimmer war sehr sauber, etwas alt, aber sauber und mit allem was man braucht. Essen war OK. Ist ja vom Hotel. Preise normal für USA.

Das es etwas älter ist. Ist aber nicht schlimm, ist ja Hotel am Flughafen.

お部屋は清潔で、朝食のバーの女性スタッフの対応が素敵でした。ありがとうございます！送迎バスの女性もナイスでした！

廊下がとても長く、カードキートラブルで二往復スーツケースを引きずったのは空港より疲れました。

Not much guidance on activities outside the hotel. E.g. nearby malls.

Love the location. I had a 3 am flight and dropped off the car next door and walked to the hotel, then took their shuttle to the airport, a 3 minute drive.

Die Lage ist top, wenn man einen Flug vom nahegelegenen Flughafen plant, es gibt sogar einen flughafenshuttle vom Hotel rund um die Uhr.

Wir haben im Raustaurant gegessen. Der Service war top, das Essen hätte besser sein können. Wir hatten Burger. Da aber in der näheren Umgebung nichts anderes Vor Ort ist, außer der Flughafen, mussten wir im Hotel essen.

Great airport hotel. The free airport shuttle runs ever 15 mins so that is a big plus. It’s clean.Friendly staff.The restaurant serves good food.

It is not possible to obtain a bill or invoice for the stay. At the reception desk, the responsibility was transferred to booking.com, knowing full well that issuing the invoice was the hotel's responsibility. I was promised to get the invoice by e-mail, but I never received it. The hotel does not respond to my messages, so I cannot settle accounts with my employer for the business trip and I lost the money. If I had known that I would have to pay for wifi, I would never have booked in this place (we are in the 21st century and wifi is standard)
