Excellent front desk team. The two women working went above an beyond. The bartender on the top floor whose name begins with a J - he makes excellent drinks and really helped me feel welcome and at home. Hotel is within easy walking distance to the mall and the park. Very safe neighborhood.

Nice but basic rooms. Would have been nice to have some more furniture, chair, desk or couch.
The breakfast was very nice. Both buffet and a la carte choices.
We also really enjoyed the sauna. But they are seperated for men and women.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the concierge set up a city tour around Lima for me. There's a rooftop pool and bar and gym which was great. The hotel is a five minute walk to the ocean and great views and is located in the Miraflores district of Lima. Plenty of restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

I have been staying at this hotel for quite few years and its definitely getting bad. Air Condition is just a fan. Rooms are almost out of light (just small light tables). Facilities look old.

Loved our stay in Miraflores. Their Peruvian breakfast is to die for!! The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds (but not much of a view). Perfect for on-foot expliration of Miraflores and San Isidro etc. Anything further afield is easily reached by Uber. Would definitely dtay again if were in Lima for a few days.

What is with the lighting? No proper lighting in the bedroom? Only two bedside lamps. Strange to not have any over head lights.
The rooftop and hotel was still a great place to be! The service was awesome. Just fix the lights!

If you can afford it you should stay here. The altitude sickness is real and having a good place to rest matters. The breakfast is great but the coffe is just Soso.

Fantastic experience. The hotel is extremely well located, comfortable, and provides all type of services. Breakfast is tasty, drinks are great. Finally, the staff is amazing: respectful, warm, attentive. I will always recommend the place!

Great property for our 5-day stay in Lima. Our rooms on the 4th floor had hardwood floors and were clean, smelled normal, and had very comfortable beds. Shower was great, amenities were solid. Overall we had a great stay!

The room was large and clean and the staff was friendly. I booked this primarily because it was stated on the Expedia site that self-serve laundry was available. It was not. I don't know if that mistake is the hotel's or Expedia's. No filtered water was available that I was made aware of, and I specifically asked about drinking the water, which was a no. There were 2 small bottles of water in the bathroom.

We didnt tell them though. It was fine when we turned off the unit. I know they would fixed the issue or gave us a different room if mentioned it.

This hotel was not a great experience. We were told we would be able to check in early in about a hour after our arrival, but we ended up waiting 3+. We could also hear banging and loud noises at all hours. I’m assuming that we were located right underneath the bar, but we didn’t investigate. Needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep. The location was nice and central to everything though.
