I enjoyed my stay it was clean and the hotel was nice the only thing I wish the cups were paper with they were plastic or glass and would be nice if there was a soap dispenser in the shower rather than plastic bottles otherwise everything was nice

The person In charged regina was awesome my next trip i will stay there but my mom didn't want to leave her suitcase in the car.

We waited over 2 HOURS for the shuttle from the airport. Then when we arrived the shuttle driver was extremely rude to my husband causing him to overreact. Aa such. We were de ied a room. On a positive note 5 stars to Trina in reception. She was a real doll through our several phone calls to track the shuttle.

I only stayed there for only 5hrs. To start with, I need to pay for parking, I get that. Then I need to put $100 deposit, I get that, but what I dont get is, they only return $75. I don't know what happened to the $25. No toothbrush, no shampoo. I left the room clean. I don't smoke, I only stayed for 5hrs. Not checking in to that hotel again.

I’ve stayed here a few times. I stayed here in August and I had a medical emergency Trent’s at the front desk helped me she was very courteous brought me water and called 911 for me. I stayed again and Trenya helped me again I thanked her for helping me before. She again gave the best service. Trenya has a great personality and really cares. I feel very safe at this hotel. Thank you. This hotel is also very clean and quiet definitely recommend.

Clean, inexpensive place to stay near the airport and the 405.
Noise is a bit challenging on the 405 side of the hotel.

My daughter and I had a very nice stay. We arrived prior to the check in time, and they allowed us to check in early, which was so nice, considering how tired we were. The entire staff was so nice and hospitable. When we checked out very early the next morning, there was no issues.
I did not notice the sound of the freeway or airplanes as others had mentioned in their reviews as the reason for the negative review. My only issue was there was no mini fridge that most locations have.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Make sire u bring in your license plate number when checking in. The rooms floor was not clean/mopped. There was hair on the floor in bathroom and sticky spots where stuff had been dropped next to the bed. Cleaning service came but at 9pm the 1st night. Then nothing the rest of the time. They say they have room service but its a 3rd party u order thru. So basically a doordash.

When we check in they didn’t let us know that do not have microwave or refrigerator and I was having medicine that I need it to keep cold.
I ask them also if they can maybe at least to freeze the cold packs for my flight back and they decline it.

Had a layover for an early flight out of LAX. Good price, but the shuttle goes around the LAX U once every hour and you have to flag down the driver or he won't stop. If you miss the shuttle, you got to wait an hour. No shampoo provided but they sell it in the vending machine. Not tea, only coffee offered downstairs. But there's a microwave next to the vending machine. Dollar Tree literally short walk down the street. Front desk service was great especially Trenya. Food truck out front and many restaurants within walking distance. Washer and dryer only takes quarters which the front doesn't have change for

Good Motel, clean rooms, comfortable bed. After the reviews I expected worse conditions, but I think they are very good for this standard. The room was large, clean, there was a place to sit, a table.
The downside is the lack of drinking water, the inability to make yourself a tea (only coffee in the morning between 08:00 and 10:00)
The staff was not very polite and communicated in an "automatic" way

I have to admit I stayed at several locations from Motel 6. Hands-down, this is the nicest one I ever stayed at. Very friendly staff. The rules are very nice and clean.

Picked this due to proximity to LAX. For the price, it was convenient and affordable for a quick trip to LA. They offered an airport shuttle 5am-10pm but unfortunately my flight was too early and couldn’t take advantage of that. The only complaint was that there was no soap or shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom but it was clean, comfortable and convenient.

It was a little bit dramatic checking in they needed everyones id instead of just mine parking is expensive and the shower and sink were backed up , we didnt even get a fridge or microwave considering we were staying 2nights had to keep goin for ice to keep my drink cold.. i wouldnt consider this place if your taking your baby with you

Overall the stay wasn't bad. The room was clean. But didn't have an iron. The fridge worked good They cleaned are room while we were gone and took our used towels which is fine but left is 2 hand towels as a replacement. There was 4 of us. How are we supposed to shower with 2 hand towels. Pretty frustrating. I hope this helps

The free shuttle to and from LAX is good. However, if you miss a bus, you'll need to wait an hour + for the next one. The shuttles need to run more frequently than every hour. Check in was so very slow; painfully slow. On the whole; staff appeared disinterested. Wouldn't stay here again.

There was a mini dogpark on the property. There was no judgements for the size of our dogs and no extra charges. There's a shuttle to take us to and from the airport for our entire stay while we got our flughts situated. Staff was very helpful in answering questions about the area, getting around and traveling with our dogs.

I had a bad experience. Hotel picking up was terrible. When I called hotel to have pick up at airport. The operator told me waiting for shuttle at departure level. However the shuttle arrived at arriving level. So I missed it and caused me wasted more than one hour and paid $ 38 for taxi. I booked one night stay for $97.17 through hotel.com. I chose to pay at the property. When I checked out nobody provide me receipt and later on I found out I was over charged $74.99. Never book this motel again.

Room and sheets were Clean. I went to sleep immediately and didn’t wake up until my alarm went off. A bit of muffled traffic noise but not obtrusive.

Met our needs for a quick stay near the airport. Room was dated but clean, smelled a bit musty. Bed comfortable. Parking lot security staff rude but front desk staff helpful and friendly.

You need to request for hairdryer and shampoo since there were none in the room. Also, no one tells you nor are there signs that you need to request this.
