Thus place should be shut down. Broken window, only one light out of 5 had light bulb. smoke detector was remove. The bath top was corroded stain and damaged throughout. Worst of all, it's has strong funky odor. I reported to the front desk and was told that every room is the same. I was tired after a long drive all day and went to sleep. It was a 2 night booked but i left the next morning.

BED BUGS, BES BUGS, BED BUGS! The app did not allow me to upload my photos and videos. The management will give you a hard time if you demand a refund! Do not stay here for your health and sanity! As soon as we checked into our room there were 1. No electricity. We had to talk to the person who checked us in to turn them on. As soom as he left and we went back inside our room we saw 2. SEVERAL cockroaches. This should have been the sign for us to leave but it was super late at night and we only needed to stay for a night and be gone early morning. So we washed up and slept. 3 hours later my partner woke up from bite...3. FROM A HORDE OF BED BUGS. It is now 2am. We packed up everything told the manager about the issue, WHO dismissed the fact they have an infestation and did nothing about it. I requested to move to a different floor and room. The rest of the night was us getting rid of the bugs from our clothes and belongings, sealing them in a garbage bag and tossing them out. Changing to fresh clothes and booking a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to risk bringing bed bugs and pests back home! Along with possibly needed to hire pest control to get rid of any hitchhiking bed bugs that you may have brought home.

Worst stay over he didn t like that we paid so much less gave us a hard time for everything dirty sheets smelled like smoke they wouldn’t give us a instant refund to leave they forced us to stay and we had no choice it was the last of our money

Horrible, I didn’t even stay here once I saw the conditions. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere in the room as well as no lights worked. Hotel is not called Fresno Inn it has a different name and homeless people live there and all over the hotel. I asked for a refund and it was not given to me either and I didn’t even stay at the hotel.

I wish I had taken pictures. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and the condition was unlivable. I had to ask for a refund and find other accommodations. The window had a huge hole in it. There were CoCKROACHES everywhere, the pool was green, staff was seedy, I witnessed multiple illegal activities on the way to my room. Dangerous and very very dirty. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great, economical place. Close to everything you need to have a nice stay.

So I chose this hotel based off it's pictures and reviews it displayed through the app with that being said, it was completely misleading and straight out lie the room was completely different than what I chose not to mention completely destroyed. Riddled with roaches No towels Minor to no cleaning Bed spread was still dirty Sketchy tenants Bad side of town No where near the city limits

It was terrible had to change four different rooms it's unsafe very dirty mold on the walls pipes in the wall busted flooding downstairs these people don't care about us cockroaches I was lucky to find a room that was okay but better than all the other rooms the room I was in didn't have maybe seen one or two cockroaches compared to 50 the walls didn't have mold in the AC was excellent has lots of restaurants around it walking distance it would be a nice one I would give it a five but no this is a one did not make the mistake but if you looking for cheap try to look here you get what you pay for you know what I mean
