The hotel is a good one. My only issue was the inconsistent housekeeping service.

Was given wrong room keys. Couldn’t open door so called desk & were told leave your things there & come get new keys. New keys won’t open door. Call desk again. Oh sorry gave you a completely different room! Way on other side of hotel. Room was too warm with no way to adjust temp. Hot tub by pool was way too hot! We always get hotels with hot tubs & this one was extreme. Check out - no one around & i had questions. Ended up sticking keys in box & leaving. Will not stay there again

I had to change our reservation due to Hurricane Beryl from the 10th to the 12th. Hotels.com verified it. On the 12th our flight was delayed, I called the Hotel to say we would be in after midnight. The desk clerk said our reservation had been cancelled on the 11th, they had no rooms and hung up. Me and my 81 year old husband arrived at 1:00 am with no room. AARP should boycott them!!!

The room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast service was superior to other hotels. The courtyard was lovely. We felt at home in the suite with the fireplace, though we didn't turn it on (July) We will probably never stay at another hotel chain after feeling comfortable in Homewood Suites. My only critique would be with the attitude of an employee at the front desk. We are in our early 60's, and hardly look like criminals, but when we arrived, it felt that way. She took my husband's ID and eyed him up and down like she was a cop. I let it go & the next day I watched her berate a man who was sitting in the lobby waiting for his family. He went into the shop and chose a protein bar to purchase & before he could get over to her to pay, she yelled from the desk asking him if he was a guest. He explained he was waiting for guests and would like to buy the protein bar. Before he could get that explanation out, she repeated 2 times, "Those are for guests". He asked if he could buy it and she said "You should've asked me first. I am not sure what he was supposed to ask her. It's a retail space with items to purchase. She didn't see me standing watching a TV in another part of the lobby. When she did, she stopped and let him pay. He was treated like a child. He just paid & sat back down to wait for his family. Housekeeping & supervisor were friendly & I was asked many times if we needed anything by others. Breakfast staff was great. We were greeted & asked "how is your stay".

Homewood Suites in Buffalo was just everything I hope it would be.

Liked Tim Horton’s was right across the street and close to grocery store. Also conveniently located to expressways and airport

Everything was great besides the pool area. It was gross and needed cleaning. There were debris floating in the pool.

This place looks new but not clean. Some staff we met were friendly but not all.

The hotel is newly renovated, however our room had no working air-conditioning inside the front desk told us to try find another place to stay, because they are fully book and its a long weekend, after everywhere Else is book out. And its was a family weekend, with 15 family members .I was very disappointed with our stay , it was a long weekend and a very hot one as well .

They cancelled my reservations without telling me.

Pros-Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, recently remodeled. Cons- The person who checked us in didn’t fully add us to the room, we left for a couple hours after unloading snd unpacking and came back to keys not working, apparently because we weren’t fully checked in, they gave our room to someone else and when they entered and saw our things they returned to the front desk to tell them the room was taken. So our keys had to be reset and had to fully check us in after we returned. My issue wasn’t the mistake, I can forgive that, but the woman was very distracted and rude to me when I did check in. So it felt deliberate. The 2 gentleman who explained what happened were very courteous and helpful. The rugs in room weren’t vacuumed prior to us checking in. Floor in kitchen and bathroom was very sticky. I cleaned it myself and it was much better for our 6 night stay. Unable to post photos below due to image size. Pool was cloudy the entire week, yuck. Hot tub was broken. Very few towels available in the pool area. They did run low on breakfast items an hour or so prior to breakfast being over. Everyone else was very nice during our stay.

This hotel is very clean property is in well kept and the staff are very welcoming thank for giving us a warm welcome.

Property was immaculate, rooms super clean and so big. Staff was so friendly.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite with a king bed. When I arrived at 6 pm it was still not ready. They gave me a 1 bedroom 2 queen beds suite instead. This room had old carpets and was for accessible customers. Bathroom had a table/seat for accessible person and was not clean. There was no spare toilet roll, shower curtain was old and torn, shower tub was chipped at several places. Me and my son ended up not showering for the next day of our stay. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Infact I will ask for a refund.

All the rooms were newly renovated. Courtyard with games and fireplace added something special to your stay.

First accommodations at Homewoods Suits by recommendation from a close friends and it was spot on and exceeded my expectations. I to will stay again also forward my recommendation to family and friends. Thank you.

Hotel and amenities were as described. Rooms were clean and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Our room was dirty and smelled like marijuana. There were stains and used paper towels or toilet paper. The pool had broken glass in it that cut my child’s foot and then the pool was shut down the rest of our stay, so no swimming for our kids. The GM was kind but not so much for the front desk staff. Breakfast was also not good and pretty limited.

The property was a very nice and quiet location.During the entire stay only one male employee spoke on a regular base morning and afternoons, everyone else would just look at you no greetings or anything
