Stayed one night to visit NAU on Saturday and the room was great as advertised. Clean and beds were very comfortable. Refrigerator was in room for drinks for next day. Bathroom was very clean and liked the shower with glass closure. Overall very happy stay.

Friendly staff, close to shops and restaurants. Only downside is the parking lot is shared with other businesses so if you get back to the hotel later in the evening, don't expect to find a spot close to the hotel.

Metal bed support sticking out under box spring put a large clash in my leg.

The room was very noisy right next to the highway and very loud could not sleep worse stay I’ve ever had

We’ve stayed here before and were willing to stay again, but this time the air conditioner didn’t work properly. It was blowing cold and hot air at the same time. The bathroom had some issues and the bed was uncomfortable. Though check end starts at 3pm, at 5pm when we arrived the room we selected through the app was not ready yet and we were moved to the room that was available.

The hotel was nice and in a convenient location. Only issue is parking limited and spaces run out when hotel is busy.

We were her to visit the Grand Canyon Railway. This was the perfect place to spend the night. Check-in was super easy, staff is courteous and breakfast was great.

The room was average for the price. The breakfast was very average. I just expected a better experience for the price. Our room was right by the highway and very loud with motorcycles and loud cars. Our window was broken so we couldn’t shut it completely so that added to the noise level. I would not use this hotel again.

Free breakfast with a pretty good variety of options. Updated, clean rooms. Beautiful, cozy lobby with a fireplace. I really like the option of getting a digital room key on my phone. Clean property. Courtesy staff. Check-in was quick. I checked on my phone using the Hilton Honors app. Will stay here again.

We like that they have rooms that have a separate bedroom for our family. It’s also nice to have a mini kitchen. The hotel is clean and kept up well and the staff the staff is friendly. The only downside is that the breakfast is nothing to write home about very basic and actually kind of odd.

Great place to stay if for airport purposes. 5 minute drive, off the onterstate to the airport. Close to shopping and eating. Lots of choices.
The room is updated and clean, and has a very firm bed. Ee were originally checked into a room close to the interstate, immediately asked to switch, and they had us in a new room within 10 minutes. Parking is not the best, but there is overflow into Del Taco and other lots close by. Definitely rec.
