Toilet keep running all night, we asked for it to be fixed and what they did did not work, also more water came out of the shower hose than the shower head.

They were under construction so there was work being done. I had to ask housekeeping to clean my room because it wasn’t done for two days.

Overall stay was great! Parking was convenient, was cheaper to purchase At property instead of Hotels.com. Only problem was it was a pair of underwear in my room on the floor when I got there.

Considering the price, this place is great bang for buck. Breakfast is great, not just some oatmeal, this place has everything I can imagine for a breakfast and kind southern ladies taking care of it. Proximity to airport is great; and the reason I chose it. Thanks

Not a good experience…couldn’t check in early without paying extra….construction going on inside the hotel…kitchen help was short staffed….receptionist was emotionless like a robot….house keeping did not understand my request…or chose to not do it….parking was a joke.

It is a beautiful place and the staff are extremely friendly, they we’re doing renovations so it wasn’t as pretty and the gym was closed but overall it was a great experience.

Great value for your buck compared to other hotels , breakfast included & reasonable prices for parking was excellent. 6 mins away from the airport (perfect)

This was a great booking. We needed a place for R&R in on a 10 hour layer that landed at midnight.
We didn’t arrive until after 1am. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast options was decent for free. Because we hadn’t eating since breakfast the day before. The shuttle service was nice. They were good drivers and on time, took us right where we needed to go. I will stay here again if I’m town and if needed.

This property was close to the airport thats why I chose it. The staff was nice and the shuttle was on time. I left my car parked for 6 days and it was still intact when i got back Thank God!

I had a layover in Atlanta with flight following day in the evening. I requested a late check out and the manager didn't approve more than 30 min. Only downside to an otherwise fine stay.

Front desk staff (Kenyatta) was awesome! Free airport shuttle easy to use & quick ride to/from the airport. Took one star off because the AC unit in the room was so incredibly loud & prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. Kenyatta made a note of it!
