Clean quite and convenient

Room has been recently remodeled, nice clean room, bed was super comfortable. Will be using this hotel again.

Be careful if selecting for more than 2 people because the website WILL let you choose a room too small for your group! Our group of 3 had to sleep in 1 queen size bed and eventually kicked a person to an uncomfortable recliner due to lack of space. We thought it must have a pull out couch if it allowed us to pick the room. Management stated that they had no roll aways. After explaining my situation they offered an additional room for my travelers (who are my children ages 9 and 12). The first room was in a different building and the second was next to my room. I still asked if there was any way to just get a room with 2 beds because I didn't think that was safe and the manager asked my oldest age and said "eh i think it'll be alright." We ended up just canceling for the second night and going somewhere else because we didn't think it was safe. The atmosphere was a CLUSTER! We were not able to use one set of stairs because apparently the sprinklers were going off. The room had ants in the kitchen and the staff at the front were less than helpful with any issue. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Our room smelled loke an ashtray, had old food in the kitchen sink, and the bathroom is disgusting! The housekeeping staff sucks.

Best hotel in St. Charles.

The housekeeping was a little lax, no sheets on one bed, no pillow cases on any pillows. Not enough towels, the mirrors were not clean. Could have done better.

I was very pleased with the stay there. Very roomy and clean. I will look for these suites at other locations when i travel.

No hot water

This site is a little different than what we expected BUT it was a great facility. Close to I-70, close to shopping, quite neighborhood. Highly recommend

First room we were booked into had not been cleaned. Second room had 1 towel for 2 people, the bathroom door could not close, the kitchen cabinet drawer's handle was only partially attached. another kitchen cabinet door could not be fully opened because it hit the light fixture, the heating did not work, the toilet kept running until my husband fixed it, the water connections were reversed so that cold water came from the hot and hot water came from the cold. When we checked in, they required a $100 deposit for damage. I do not know yet if it has been refunded.

The front office staff was GREAT! Unfortunately our room was disappointing. Cabinets were taped shut, only one plate, one towel, no bedding for the pullout and dirty! Trash on the fooor, crumbs found in various spots, etc. wish the room was a nice as the staff.

This was the best place my wife has ever stayed in. Super comfy beds and pillows. I wish there was a secure WiFi and a channel guide in the room, but the kitchen area was nice, good water pressure in the shower, and good customer service

I called this hotel and spoke with a lady who I informed I wouldn’t be staying at there hotel, due to work related schedule conflicts. The hotel still charged my card, even though did not stay one night. A courtesy call would of been excellent. Hotel’s cannot be that tight on cash, that they they have to obtain revenue by such means. I work for Spectrum, and I book rooms for 10-15 employees. I guess Drury Hotels will take it’s place.

Dish washer was full of dirty dishes. Long pink hair in bathroom sink. Overall the place is really nice but they need better housekeepers.

Diane at the front desk was excellent

We were attacked by two dogs in a neighboring room as we tried to enter ours. Every time we exited our room we were overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana in the hallways. The bathroom door is falling apart. The ceiling light in the entrance of the room was burnt out.

Convenient location around plenty of stores and food locations. Clean & staff was helpful. Quick last minute get away was pleasant.

bottles of toiletries in shower were in poor condition:one with broken off pump top and rack holding them about to fall.

We travel a lot for work, sports, medical, and leisure. So we stay a lot of places. This wasn’t the worst but definitely wasn’t the best. Had to replace batteries in thermostat, no towels (and didn’t notice until already showering), hair on bathroom floor, and trash left in microwave. Love the size of the rooms for the price point, but isn’t a place I’ll likely book again.

Check in was super quick, staff were friendly, and it was clean!!! I’ll be staying there again next month!!

The property was in the process of getting updated. I would like to check it out again when it is all done.

It’s nice if you don’t mind sharing a bed with small strangers that didn’t even help pay for the expenses and have tiny hairs left over on the toilet from the previous stay. This place had a nice staff member and looked good. The bed was comfortable but I wouldn’t not stay there again

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite was suprised how clean it was and the bed and everything was great no complaints will stay again !!!!!!!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the room smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke, there was no handsoap in the bathroom, and masking tape was covering up all the smoke detectors. It was a convenient place to stay but I will probably not stay there again.

It was a two bedroom suite. The front door didn’t close right. The TV in the smaller bedroom didn’t work. The bathroom looked either dirty or stained. No discounts were offered.

I liked the hotel enough but it was very dirty and needs a lot of updates.

I expected more simply based on the fact that all of the rooms are suites. The rooms appear to have been recently remodeled with new carpet and freshly painted. However, they neglected to place all of the hinges back on some of the doors and the doors were hard to open because the new carpet is apparently higher than the previous flooring. Nice room, poor remodel. The fundamentals of a remodel is to leave the building better than you found it with doors that close properly.
