Fantastic place to stay! Brand new washers and dryers that are free for guests. There is a peanut butter and jelly bar every night! I’ll be back!

Mold growing in AC unit gave off terrible odor. Had to try 4 different rooms before we finally found one that was tolerable.

I banged my shins on the coners of the bed several times and cut myself due to that. The toilet wasn’t fastened to the floor tight so when you sat down it moved. Yes I weight 300 but still.

Very friendly n helpful staff

The Hotel Staff. They were helpful. What needs to be fixed was the bathroom tub faucet. It dripped constantly and we had to ask for a stopper for the tub. The vanity was way too small. The room needs to be updated. I was very impressed with the cleanliness.

We stayed in room 121, if they put you in that room, just go ahead and request a different one. It smelt like straight mold and the humidity was outrageous. So much so that your feet and shoes stuck to the floors. The shower mounting piece was broken so you had to hold the shower wand the whole time above your head. The worst part, we realized after we were trying to just accept it and get some shut eye, there was no black out roller shade. So all the street lights poured into the room. Which also meant we had NO privacy and got changed right there for anyone outside to see too. We didn’t realize that until afterwards. We would have received the same quality of room had we just picked one of the $40 a night rooms.. so if you thought you were getting a better option picking this place, just go ahead and pick the cheaper one. Quality of the room will be the same or maybe even better. This was a lipstick on a pig type Reno that you can’t see in pictures for sure. (Employees were very nice)

Very nice accommodations and a wonderful, restful nights sleep!

Front desk staff is attentive and kind. The gentleman there, in particular had a beautiful smile and could carry on a conversation with anyone. I’ll return based on service alone, but the hotel is very clean and has modern decor, too.

The staff was great and everyone was very friendly. Enjoyed the PB&J snacks at night. The room was clean and liked the Dove personal products cucumber soap shampoo lotion etc. The parking lot REALLY needs to be repaved. Overall enjoyed our stay and would come back and stay again.

Will never stay in a Windgate again. They need to refresh the hotel.

I wrote up a review on Google with pics and it showed the dirt. My wife used the restroom and there was a cockroach on the floor and dirt in the corners. Cigarette burns on the bathtub. If I hadn't been so tired I would have left. We were out of there at four in the morning and brought it to the attention to the on duty manager when we checked out showing the pics. We left our pillows which were forty plus dollars each, we called but they said they couldn't find them, right.
