The website was misleading. It said they had microwave in the room and they didn’t. The website said they have a gym but it was closed for remodeling. We found some roaches in our room so didn’t feel like it was clean as it should have been.

It was a good stay but the price for the rooms for the second half of the week was ridiculous and outrageous for the same room. Stayed 2 doors down at Motel 6 for half of the price! Not as nice but worth the savings!

The room could have been more cleaner it was a roach in our bathroom the bed had food stains on the wood parts and the room smellwd like mildew. But they are remodeling so maybe that will be taking care of.

Despite it saying that there are no additional fees they do charge a $50 incidentals fee just wish I would have known before I got there. Breakfast was good and pool was nice however they had major construction going on and was woken up early by all the banging going on. Had to move to another room for the last day which was fine we could get away from the noise and there were 2 roaches in the previous room. Couldn’t access the gym for some reason. Overall it was decent I just have come to expect more from best western.

Front desk guy was nice and told us the first floor was under renovation. Elevator was slow, floors were sticky, and smells old. Our room was dated and the bathroom was not clean. Sink and faucet had dirt on them from someone brushing their teeth. Mirror had a haze and needed to be cleaned. Not worth the price and definitely not a 8 out of 10!

The elevator was very old, very slow and you could see screws on the floor where it looked like the floor boards had been replaced. The room was located behind a door that was left open for some type of maintenance access with a sign posted that said do not close. I'm pretty sure if someone would have closed the door I would have lost access to the room. The refrigerator barely worked and did not close all the way. The towels and pillow cases had stains on them. The sink in the bathroom sat on top a crudely constructed box instead of a sink cabinet and there was next to no water pressure in the shower which also had a leaking shower head. I could have spent $45 a night less at a lower end hotel and gotten the exact same experience.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I was in room 204. It was actually a suite. If i were there to cook, it would need utensils and cookware, but i didnt need to cook. My only disappointment was the breakfast is the same every day. Different fruit or type of eggs would be nice. But it was still a decent breakfast. Overall, when i come back to rhe coast, ill return

Nice, clean room with good amenities like a frig and a microwave. Hair dryer didn't work, but the front desk gave us another right away. Excellent breakfast, too!

The two little roaches that we killed in the bathroom were a huge turn off!! The bathroom could use a remodel. Only one mirror in the entire room. Not so good when two women are sharing a room. The hotel was in a safe location just off the interstate. Besides the roaches, the room was clean. The staff was friendly enough. There was breakfast but we didn’t eat.

Upon entering the room there is a strong musty smell. Wooden furniture has mold. The pool was out of service. We stayed for 5 days and there was no breakfast variety.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only complain I have, the elevator was so slow for only 3 floors.

My third party app messed up my reservation and the staff here went above and beyond to help us correct it. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but the bathroom door didn't close all the way. I do prefer shampoo provided in the shower instead of the little bottles that are too small to use anyway. Breakfast was the same every day - eggs, sausage, waffles, two kinds of cereal. Basic, but enough. Love the paper bowls instead of Styrofoam. All in all a decent place to stay.

smelt of mold upon walking into the room, got off the elevator and was meet with very strong oder of Marijuana. After just being ask to sign a paper to not smoke in the room.

Someone elses underwear were left in the room. I immediately walked back to the lobby to inform the front desk. I received no assistance to remove the dirty laundry. And was told the general manager would be notified in the morning. Not satisied with the service at all!

Our stay was wonderful ! We stopped for a one night stay after vacationing in Florida and everything went smooth. The continental breakfast was a plus to the employees and cleanliness of the facility. I would definitely book again.

Room had an awful sewage smell, had to have bathroom vent on all night due to neighbors on floor smoking cigarettes and seeping through the vents.

The property smells of old cigarette smoke. Exhausted and carrying sleeping babies we had little choice but to keep reservation even though the room smelled, 2nd bed had no sheets, blankets, or pillows. Husband was told there were no pillows available for the 2nd bed! Garbage by elevator was overflowing and added to the smell. Coffee machine in lobby didn't work and no one knew how to fix. Illegally parked cars blocked part of parking lot so had to park unnecessarily far away.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was an added benefit and they let us take coffee, donuts and apples to have for later on during our drive.Minutes away from beaches and casinos.

I absolutely loved the two gentlemen, the one who checked me in and the one who checked me out. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower refreshing. It was also relatively quiet too. I also appreciated the fresh water and the breakfast too. Would absolutely stay here again.

Would have given a 4 or 5 star rating but the elevator broke luckily we got all our stuff to the 4th floor room before it stopped working! It was fixed the next morning before check out. The bathroom door would not shut. The breakfast was great!
