Lauren and the other gentleman who checks people in are SO nice! They’ve gone above and beyond!

Nice for the price. Large room. Nice toiletries. Good coffee. Bed was not very comfortable - mattress was lumpy. Disapppointed that the restaurant is closed on the weekends. Woud have liked more and better variety of hot grab and go meals from the market. Nearly $25 per night for parking is outrageous.

When we arrived to check in, we were told they didn't have a room available, and the person at the front desk had an attitude and acted like it was our fault.

Amazing and kitchen cook to order was great. Servers were very courteous. Too large of just for parking in an open lot.

I arrived at the property after being on a 3 hour delayed flight, to be told they had over sold the rooms, to which the inconvenience started, i had to go to another hotel to get a room, which i was told was all sorted only to be told i was to pay for it, as you can imagine i wasnt pleased, the room i was then given was dirty, noisy, an absolute disgrace

We liked the location hidden in a business/office district. The property was pleasant,comfortable and well kept.

The property is old. The rooms are a bit dull and dingy. The breakfast buffet is very limiting for vegeterians. The paid additional breakfast also does not have great options for vegeterians. The staff and front desk are very professional, helpful and polite.

I enjoyed my stay here at the property! The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for my guest and I. The hotel was clean and had a relaxing environment.

The hotel was nice and in good condition. They opted for a new conference room and sacrificed the pool.
Elevators were slow and our first room toilet did not flush.
Staff was great. Maintenance staff is probably scarce as no one showed up to fix the toilet so we just changed rooms.
It is a business hotel in a business park so there is nothing really close by to walk around and see.
Price per night in SF was the selling point.

The property was nice as a transit hotel, however the bus arrangement almost caused me to miss my flight, my lesson learned though.

I reserved an ADA room and the hotel did not have accomodations for my wheelchair bound husband to shower. I called for a shower chair and they had no shower chairs. I also had to request a safety mat for showering for my husband. They had that at least, but I had to hold my husband in the shower with me in it as well in order for him to be able to shower.

Not many things near by to eat, hotel is good. Toilet had problems flushing. Seems outdated. Rug looks older. Safer area of San Francisco.

During a very difficult time, our family was allowed to visit in the lobby for as long as we needed. We had travelers from all over and the hotel staff were so accomodating and made our stay comfortable and hassle free.
