Everybody here at the hotel was very courteous and nice when we came in to the hotel. When we got in our room, it was spacious and we really liked it when we come back again next time we’re in town.

Kids woke me up at 2am by yelling, then crying. Then there were loud adult voices.
Was put in a handicap room, the shower is not set up for a normal adult. Did Not request this type of room.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed to relax on this business trip. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to my meetings.

My room window view was metal roof of nextdoor building but the rest things were good.

We stayed in the 1 king executive suite with our 2 young kids. We loved how clean the room was and the extra space. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was one of the better ones. The king bed and pillows were great. The pull out bed would maybe be ok for a toddler or young kid, but it was very uncomfortable. This will be the hotel we always stay at when visiting family in the future.

Convenient location and great food options close to the hotel. Afternoon snacks was great addition. Room service was not great. Every 2 days. Stuffs were very friendly.

The hotel is pretty good, pleasant, and clean, but you have to request your room to be cleaned or else they don’t show up.
When we checked in, they told us that they clean the rooms every other day, but two days later they just gave us new towels.
The location is pretty far from Chicago and there isn’t much to do around the hotel unless you want to drive to Lombard center where there are a few options but again they close early, and generally the area goes dead pretty early.

We loved staying at Fairfield inn Lombard. The neighborhood was one of the greatest and really convinient to most places that we wanted to go to. Also very safe and central location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was outstanding and very helpful throughout my entire stay and I plan on staying their the next time I travel to the United States.

Great stay for the few days I needed for training. So easy to hop in my car and get to work, just 15 minutes away. Far better than the 2 hour drive each way. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great.

Very friendly staff all around! Special thanks to the Breakfast Buffet Staff who did an amazing job catering to all guest’s needs. Also front desk very friendly and help meet all our needs.

Unfortunately the room smelled bad and it needs updating. Left us feeling dirty and didn’t really want to sleep in the room.

The only thing is didn't like was the room service. It is available only on every other day.

Noisy neighbors. Got knocks on door when nobody was present outside. Happened more than once. Should have security cameras at hallways and review who was doing that.

I liked the hotel stay, but was dismayed that I could not extend. Someone else reportedly requested my very room before I had a chance to extend and I was out of luck. I am disabled and keeping the room would have been a great help to me. As it was I had to leave for another hotel.

Booked this hotel for June 2024. The front desk is not very welcoming and are often rude, I heard it from other folks staying while at pool. They gave us a room which had dirty (stained) sofa. We had to call and they asked us to come down and change. Later changed our room but this time there was no microwave and it was on first floor with peculiar stink/smell. We changed it to 3rd floor and it was little better. They do not have good toiletries, the room service would be alternate days. When they came on 3rd day, they just put some new towels but left used ones as-is. During our stay, their elevator broke down and was under maintenance for several hours. The breakfast is okay. I will not recommend this place. Please train your front desk staff members!!

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. was disappointed however that there was no daily room refresh or garbage pick up. They told us that at check in and also said that they would put in a request for a fresh set of towels, but we never got it.

Comfortable nights in a full hotel. Room had tissue paper stuck on rug, needed either a good vacuum or a scrubbing. Breakfast area was overcrowded, great for the hotel, but not so much for guests
