Dated facility. Fold out sofa was unfit for use. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite.

Location is very good.

Very few options in the breakfast and everyday same items are served. Apartment size is very small with one bathroom to be shared for 5 guests. Kitchen facilities are almost negligent.

Staff were friendly. Place was clean

No dishes available in rented space. No sheets or blankets in space for pull out. Breakfast only until 9 am. Living room furniture was janky and uncomfortable. Kitchen exhaust was poor. Toaster was broken.

Not much. Same thing each day. Not very good.

Pool advertised but not open. “Closed for the season.”

I paid $270 for a room I didn’t reserve. I reserved a king bed with pullout sofa bed for my grandson. My grandson sleep half night on floor other half of night in my car. 1st room they gave me was occupied so they moved me to another room with a full size bed and no sofa bed. I was told they had a swimming pool, pool was closed for the season. I was already stressed because my son was hospital that’s why we went to the area. My stay was a living “hell”. Staff did nothing to accommodate. I usually stay At Marriott hotels and my son and his company always stay at Marriott. We will no longer stay At Marriott.

I loved the kitchenette and the size of the room

The heater blew out cold air my entire stay. I had to use the oven for heat. The toilet kept getting clogged.

upon arrival front desk lady was unfriendly . I asked for my 2 rooms to be next to each other, she said they couldn’t, however the room they gave me had no heat so then they moved me next to my other room which they originally said they couldn’t! heat in the other room also wasn’t working well. temp outside was in the 30’s. won’t stay here again !

Everything about my hotel was amazing. It was the best experience I've ever had. I will return again and suggest thus hotel to others to stay in.

The smell of weed. I understand it is legal but, I found it disrespectful that people were doing it in their rooms and it was getting into my room and I had to close my bedroom door. I still could smell it even with my door closed

The breakfast is all one could ask for. I really like the enhanced security! And the lobby smells great. All of the staff is friendly and helpful.

The computer in the lobby isn't as user friendly as it used to be.
