The room was actually our second room because the first one wasn’t clean. The room was spacious but the bed hurt my back. I won’t be returning to any Westin hotel.

I stayed to attend my mom’s memorial service. The hotel was clean and all, but the key was not working, so I had to change it, but the same thing happened despite changing the key; they found the lock needed battery change. I was very tired from the funeral and all, but I had to wait at least 15 minutes for them to take care of it. The maintenance person was kind but I was upset.

The bathroom could have been updated. Was put in a handicap room and not handicapped, so that was frustrating.

The hotel was in great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was large. My favorite thing about Westin Hotels is the wonderful clean, calming aroma when you walk in the lobby! The toiletries have that same great smell.

This was our third time staying at this property and as always it was great. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. Me and my family had no complaints.

Relaxing weekend stay for mom and I mentioned her birthday and the hotel provided complimentary birthday treat it was the sweetest thing ever we both were so happy and surprised! They are wonderful we love the Westin. Only was bummed that the weekend was full of kids and teens and I couldn’t get to the pool until morning of checkout. I was finally able to have some quiet time and pool to myself. We look forward to coming back!

Shower pressure was low and sink only had luke warm water..staff took care of it right away once notified. Otherwise stay was great.

Our stay was great. Room was very clean, service was excellent. The only problem was the refrigerator didn't seem to work, and the toilet ran kinda long. Other than that I'll be booking again.

No one was around to check me in for 5 minutes. The lady at the front desk was not friendly

There was no heat in the room and the engineer came to the room on both nights and still wasn't able to fix the problem. With the temperature dropping at night, it was an uncomfortable temperature to sleep in. There was water damage in the ceiling in four different spots. The water pressure from the shower was very poor.

Well we had a pool view room...a view of the indoor pool! Endless loud talking and pool noise. By the time it ended we were too tired to tey to switch rooms. My mom is disabled and need the disability room which I think were all taken. Regardless, we had to stay there. My father had recently passed away and i live in Madison, wis. This was my first rime back to illinos since the funeral we had been looking forward to those few days.
Also, the room was pretty dirty. Dusty, not vacuumed all the way. For the cost of tge room for 2 nights it should be taken care of better. Bathroom sink by the mirror, corner ledges look like they have never been cleaned. I noticed that while brushing my teeth

We were in town for a softball state championship game. After a long and tiresome day for all, we arrived late. Check-in was speedy. The front desk attendants were exceptional! We decided on booking with the Westin because of the reviews, and they did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable, and the linens plentiful. The gym, and pool was a hit with the girls in the morning-very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again!

The only complaint I had is I requested a king size bed and when we arrived there were only two queens available

Wasn’t the cleanest. Pillow sham/ long pillow case was covered in what looked like makeup, and that part was facing forward. Almost as if changing it was considered but abandoned. Made me concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the place. I did appreciate getting an early check-in. Seems like the hotel was packed from a couple of conferences in town and in the hotel,

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and the check-in is a breeze. It is very conveniently located. Ample of parking space available. Five elevators with no waiting time. Ideal for hosting wedding events. Overall had a great experience staying here.
