Location was close to where I was completing business. Beds were comfortable.

Went to check in for an overnight stay April 30-May 1st. Got our room, and when we opened the door. Someone else's luggage and clothing were throughout the room at about 3pm. Went back to the front desk, and the front desk was surprised the room still had someone else's stuff in the room. So, they put us up on the 6th floor. Which was great. I go to check out at 11:30, as checkout is at noon. First, they had me registered as staying 4 nights, and then after trying to fix it. An email I got has someone else's name, and listed I stayed 2 nights. So, I believe they mixed up my stay with someone else's. Not a great experience, especially being told I was being billed for a hold on the room today. But, it would be refunded. I called to try and fix the issue, but the manager wasn't there and was supposed to call me back. Unfortunately, I was on the road, and hadn't gotten a return call, and didn't have the ability to call back in. Maybe I'll have luck tomorrow in getting it fixed.

The front desk was very friendly and although she was busy, she was able to check me in quick! She had blonde hair with glasses, super friendly and welcoming.

Nothing to dislike- everything was perfect!

This hotel is very clean and nice. The staff is always so accommodating and nice. Exceptional breakfast.

The room was dated & needed updating, but comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options, fully stocked, but quality could be enhanced. Shower amenities & water pressure.

Small bath/toilet area, door was warped and got stuck, towels were quite thin/small.

Breakfast was very delicious!! A very kind lady named Oksana from Ukraine helped with my questions. All the staff I spoke with were very hospitable!!!!

The facility was beautiful.

I did not like the way the front desk rep handled the telephone call regarding the marijuana smoke from the hallway that came into our room.

The cost for a pet was $100 per night. That’s not pet friendly and it cost more than I paid to rent the room.

There was enough space to accommodate my family. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast & the kids loved the pool. The staff was very eager to please.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I was so far from where my family who live there was. I had to pay so many tolls to get to them.

Location was convenient. Decent and clean hotel with free breakfast. Spacious room for the family of 5.

I luv staying here when I'm in the area, close to tons of things to do and always a great value...

This time during our stay the toilet seat had urine all over the lid!!! And hairs all over the rim of the seat!!! Disgusting!! And as much as we like this hotel, we always hate not having a microwave in suite... And this time the elevators were going haywire and 1 car was missing the button for level 1, very inconvenient...

Good price, nice and clean, good size room...

Terribly cramped bathroom... No microwave in suite, only in the common area, so even for a late night snack, you've gotta get dressed and head downstairs...

I love this hotel. Close to many restaurants and two malls. Always nice and clean. Decent choice of breakfast options. Always my go to hotel for a time away.

Great family hotel!

The location is by everything. The staff was were inviting and helpful. Breakfast was great. I just overall enjoy the hotel.

The remaining staff, Briselda and Ruhan called me a liar only to find out they did in fact charge ahead of time. Then I was charged twice for my stay putting my acct in the negative.

Good location

The phone didn’t work and though the front desk brought another, it didn’t work either. Never resolved it. The room smelled bad…very musty. Carpet felt wet. I had to go out and buy air refresher. Had to put in a special request to have room serviced. Apparently, that isn’t done automatically. Granted, there was a very large group that checked in…took most of first and second floor. There were so many at breakfast, talking loudly, barely room to sit, and when I got up for coffee, my seat was taken even though my uneaten breakfast was sitting in front of my chair. Had to go to my room to finish. Couldn’t call room service because no phone.
