Fancy looking lobby, but room size is ok, one side of the bed is against the wall which is a dislike, table and chairs are plus, bathroom is normal size, location is near the Tokyo sky tree, near one of the metro station, lot of convenience stores around, food choices for restaurants are ok.

We have stayed more than 10 days while in Tokyo. We enjoyed our staying. Staff members are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! The view to Skytree was amazing.

I can say it is clean but the washroom has a not pleasant smell.

Great hotel, wish we stayed here for the whole trip. Breakfast is amazing. Even has lots of fresh vegetable's, carrots, broccoli etc. Location is excellent. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants in the area. Easy access to the train. Free bus to Disney! We will stay here again next time.

This is the worst trip ever in my life. I booked via hotels.com booking two months in advance w/ two adults and two kids entering each age, respectively, including breakfast. But when check-in, the front staff said the room I booked was Not allowed for 4 people. I was NOT sure who's to blame: hotels.com or Tobu hotel. What I only to hear from Tobu hotel was "you have to talk to hotels.com." I had to pay extra 65,000Yen and stayed anyway. When check-out, I found the invoice was wrong as the breakfast for my kids were charged as adults. Hence they modified invoice w/ about 5000Yen lower (about 60000Yen), which was NOT balanced yet. Anyway I am really disappointed by this kind of handling (hotels.com) and poor service. I appealed this to hotels.com but only to receive no apology on weird/wrong booking system on hotels.com and Tobu hotel remark was okay even though I booked and prepaid correctly following hotels.com. Then how could I trust this hotels.com booking system? If you were in my shoes (booked and prepaid w/ correct info.) but rejected at the hotel then what would you do?

We had a lovely week stay at Tobu Hotel Levant. We were in the Deluxe Twin Room and the views were amazing! Cleaning every day. Water and coffee in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was excellent and the service was first class from arrival to departure. Also, the breakfast was varied and very good. I would also highlight the excellent communication from the hotel answering questions in advance of our trip.

The room as describe and easy to access to everywhere.

Close to metro and train station,easy to go around Tokyo. Many shops and restaurants near hotel,very convenient. We also used airport bus , don’t need to worry to carry luggages up and down stations. Room is comfortable and breakfast is good! Will recommend!!

Less then 5 minutes of walking to the train and subway station. A lot of restaurants and bar pretty close. The shower was so nice !! Room was clean everyday. There is a boiler and coffee in the room, AC, internet was good.

The property was good enough; our room had a bit too much furniture crammed into it. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast is worth the price.

Everything was as advertised. Lovely staff, accommodating and happy go assist. All amenities nearby: 7Eleven, cafes, shopping, train station. Our room was always clean and we liked the attention to detail.

My family was very happy with our stay at this for the last leg of our first trip to Japan. Initially, I booked this hotel because of the convenient bus transportation to both the Disney Resort and the airport, but when we arrived and spent time in the area we were pleasantly surprised with the number of things that are close by, such as Don Quijote and Uniqlo. The street is lively but feels safe to walk at night. When reserving on Expedia and choosing the Skytree view option, I wasn't expecting much, but again we were pleasantly surprised with the room we were given. The view was amazing and we loved it both in the day and night. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were very accommodating. My only comment was we felt the washroom could be a little cleaner (there were rust stains around the bath tub, counter, and toilet) and the room did have a slight smell, but overall we still enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel!
