Checked in super late lobby dinning area was full and super loud. The front desk attendant was visually upset how loud it was, we couldn't even hear each other talk.

Staff very accommodating. Easy check in and out. Bed super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Very quiet. View from living room and bedroom was beautiful. The walking trail was a nice benefit. Breakfast buffet was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The guy upfront was not helpful at all. Never gave any information about the room, parking or breakfast. Room was clean and the breakfast was ok. I just wish the people at the front desk would provide better customer service

My stay was okay. The hotel staff was attentive and addressed my concerna immediately. I arrived very late. Speedy check in. Received key and went to my room. Upon entering I attending to putting my items away. When entering back into dining area, i noticed what looked like kibble or pebbles (food) on floor in corner. In addition when opening fridge cheese was in butter holder cassette. I addressed my concerns and my room changed. I am most grateful to front desk staff for hearing my concerns and moving me to another room.
One other concern. Sinks spill over in bathroom need some attention. Its full of mold.

Wonderful hotel! We appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the view. The stairways are pretty gross though. The staff are so friendly and great, except for one lady that is extremely rude at the front desk on today (Wed around 2 pm). Breakfast is wonderful and the lights in the pool are awesome. We love the trail behind the hotel! The location is nice as well. The room doors slam shut and stick really badly. If you want to add extra nights - I don't recommend as they don't tell you that they you need to checkout and check back in and you're charged 2 huge deposits.

We chose this hotel because of the pool and were very disappointed that the pool was closed when we were there. We were denied any kind of discount or reimbursement. The room was very comfortable

Getting in touch with the hotel for the shuttle from the airport was a nightmare.
The front desk was pleasant and room was very nice. We enjoyed the walkway around the Bay.

I wish I can give them a 5 star review but they lacked some hospitality , we got the 2 bedroom suite, upon arrival we really didn’t get a greeting, very dry welcome, we didn’t get any extra information on the hotel like breakfast times, pool hours etc. like it usually happens as you check in, rooms had no information either so we had to figure it out ourselves,it was here’s your key room your room is that way, they do have a security on premises but a paper sign that says “cameras are not monitored 24/7” that confused us like are you saying do as you please to your guest cars cause we’re not watching? Weird lol! The area doesn’t seem sketchy tho. We got a 2 bedroom suite it was spacious but lacked cleanliness ones of the beds had hair and crumbs I didn’t call it in because it was late and in the extra covers in the closet they had an extra fitted sheet that we just put easy fix. But that shouldn’t be something that we should have to worry about specially for $200+ a night.

Everything was good; staff, cleanliness, property condition, and room. The only thing bad is the water pressure for the shower. It was very weak and it required much longer time to take a shower. Very annoying.

I suffered a life altering injury while staying at this hotel because I was not given the accessible room I booked. I had to be taken by ambulance to a hospital for almost two weeks, and I am still not able to walk. The additional costs incurred because of this injury are piling up, while I am on hospice

I would give this 5 stars if they had swept the hallways and cleaned up a little around the exterior. Staff was great. Breakfast was your usual hotel offerings but plenty and nicely presented. We used the grill for dinner one night. The hot tub was nice. There's a nice walking trail around the bay. There's a light commuter train that runs behind the hotel but its not very often and not loud. If you are a light sleeper you might hear it. Didn't bother me. Would stay here again

if you're going for a med. company, its great. otherwise, you have to travel about 40mins by car to get most places.Lousy breakfast- same boxed eggs, who knows what the sausages are made off.

They only serve breakfast from 6am-8am which is awful since that's the time we're getting up so we missed the opportunity to eat something before getting on the road. I won't stay here anymore. The place is clean.

Even though it was a smoke-free hotel, the internal stairways always smelled like smoke. There were often people right outside the entrances that were smoking.

The rooms are spacious with kitchens. Which is great to have a fridge and microwave. We stayed for 4 nights and there is no daily housekeeping. We had to ask for cleaning on day 2. They seemed very bothered. However, the beds are comfortable. The area is perfect 👌 and very safe and quiet.

My stay at this property was far below expectations. Upon checking in, I immediately noticed the room was inadequately cleaned. There were nuts by the bed and even a used eyelash on the floor. I called the reception on the first day to report this, but no one was sent to address the issue. After calling again the next day, they assured me that housekeeping would take care of it, but when I returned to my room, the nuts and eyelash were still there, along with additional nuts under the tables.
When I called the reception again, instead of sending someone to clean, they brought me a vacuum, leaving me to do the cleaning myself. On top of that, there were hairs in the bathtub, which was really disgusting.
The location was also disappointing, being quite far from restaurants and most of the popular spots in San Francisco. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

The manage team is very helpful! Manager Julio and Front desk staff Glydell are very professional and take care my issues. The hotel is in a safe quiet location which surrounded a beautiful bay . It is lovely to take a walk around the bay and enjoy part of nature's beauty. Recommend!

The suite was clean and comfortable with a view of the water. One of the bedroom's light switches did not work and the ice machine in the freezer was not working. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was wonderful

The back parking lot should be monitored, random people park overnight and hang out all day in their cars, we had two young children with us we didn't feel safe going to and from our car. Reported to front seat to please monitor that parking area.

Stayed for four nights to be close to the office. Had a studio with a great bay view. Lovely room with small kitchen for a longer stay. Breakfast served in the morning with a small selection of hot and cold items.

Paying for parking was a first. Needed bedding for hide a bed, asked twice never received any. To be fair, there was only person around, and he had several issues to deal with. Breakfast had one person also and tables were left dirty. Nice choice for breakfast and the pool area was lovely.
