Needed overnight stay for early evening flight in from KL followed by early morning flight to Laos. Perfect for this. Easily walkable from arrivals and departures. Good options at hotel for evening food/drinks.

Old hotel ... receptionist all masked up and not friendly. They question why we needed a king bed !! Thailand accepts same sex couples these days right?
Owner needs to spend money to make it good again. Mattresses so old and sinking !!

We were staying overnight before a morning flight.
It is very convenient, being just a few minutes easy walk from the DMK airport
The room was clean, modern and the staff were helpful.
We had a few drinks and snacks in the evening. The soups were excellent.
I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will return when next in Bangkok.

Everything you would expect at an airport hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Pool area was lovely. Othing not to like.

Great hotel for those who need an easy access to the airport as you can walk there in just couple of minutes. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy and room service was available, so it really had all I needed. Definitely can recommend!

We didn't stay at the hotel. It took them 5 days to deny a refund, even though we notified Hotels.com customer service just 2 minutes after booking by mistake. I'm disappointed by their lack of flexibility - it feels like they are more interested in taking advantage of customers rather than working with them.

Electric socket at the minibar wasn’t working room a bit old staff are all friendly and polite and hotel is convenient to connect to Donmueng Airport by the bridge just a few minutes so you don’t need to book any transfer

I must say I was very impressed, the hotel is mature in everyway. Classy, the staff are and were accomendating at every request. Room pricing, breakfast and staff, beats every 4star I've ever stayed with.

Great stay. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. It was just surprising that at almost $100 for the night, it was not included in the room rate. Only other issue was that I called room service to pick up a tray (they have a 45 min pick up policy unless you want it sooner) and no one actually picked it up until about 12 hours later - the next morning. Convenience to DMK airport is unmatched. Would stay again.

Stayed here many times and i am yet to have a poor experience. The staff are always sensational and although the hotel is a bit dated, it is always clean and tidy. I will keep returning..

This hotel was perfect for our need to stay near the airport. At 1am, the guests in the room next to us began making a ton of noise. Fortunately, the hotel upgraded us to a different room. Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel did try to help us to have a good stay.

It was a very convinient stay in Amari Hotel. A 5 minutes walk over a bridge directly to the airport is amazing. The Room was very nice and the personal did a great Job.

They were very accommodating and help with services to the airport via wheelchair for my mom via communication days prior arrival and also upon arrival. Nice staff and friendly. Clean and nice close hotel to the airport

The hotel is dated but clean with a convenient location close to Don Muang Airport. Check in took far too long at 30 minutes at 2pm with only 2 staff on the desk

Check in did not go well. I was given a key and room number that someone else was already staying in. Unopened door a started to go in when I realized it was occupied. Bellman was embarrassed and tried his best to solve situation. Front desk reissued another key and room like it was no big deal. I was not pleased.

Amari Don Muang is a good hotel with a very reasonable price. However, it is old. It is very convenient, and the staff is very lovely and helpful, but the room has a typical old smell due to its age. The bathroom is clean, and the shower booth is nice. The bed is very comfortable. I will recommend it to my friends if they want a convenient and reasonable hotel but need to consider neat condition.
