Property is in old shape but much better than Vivanta in hinjewadi. Area and it’s proximity to prime areas is a big highlights

This Taj hotel is the black sheep of the family. Dated and in dire need of refurbishing. The room seemed tired and the sheets were old and worn. This is not the Taj I’m used to. I thought the Taj group was renowned for quality. What happened here? Breakfast was good and staff friendly but oh ….. dear. Please drop this sad excuse of a Taj Hotel from your portfolio.

Second stay here in two weeks. Perfect place to spend a relaxing day before my flight home. Great staff and comfortable and clean.

Oldest 5 star hotel in Pune. Room was very clean and comfortable. Some things at the hotel a bit dated. But never affected my stay adversely. Good value when you book on Expedia.

Taj is known for its service and the rest of the competition doesn’t even come close!
It’s the attention to the details that makes the difference and that is ingrained in the staff - Aabid Shenaz and Neha at front desk and Dimple and Balaji in latitude restaurant are prime examples.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. This hotel has gone through a step jump in the quality of their service, upkeep, meals, etc. - everything was top class!

Stay was just about okay, as usual the check-in staff was to rigid on giving us room choice...... it took about 1 hour or more for things to settle down....

Was the first 5-star hotel in Pune. Some room finishing a are older. But still same high quality service.

Staff at this particular Hotel are amazing, everyone being very helpful. The room in the hotel is very quiet, we didn’t hear other guests when they came in and presumably they could not hear us.
The Hotel is well maintained and very clean, with an amazing breakfast a great selection of both western and local.
