Great experiences! Just a couple of nick picking things; we could not get a functioning cork screw? They only had broken ones, ugh. Hard to get pool towels as some quests take 2 per person. Wi-fi is good when it works.

Excellent location. Calm ocean. Beautiful sunsets. Nearby grocery store and wonderful restaurants. Close to the airport. Many activities in the local town. Excellent bar/restaurant shack at end of property. Excellent staff. Loved this location. Excellent value.

They added $75 to the room rate and told me explicitly it was punishment for booking on hotels.com. I couldn’t believe it.

Amazing birthday trip, walking distance to welfare rd, where you have several restaurants and bars to visit. If renting a car keep in mind no street signs, gotta keep your eyes open for turns. Everything is in the vicinity, nothing too far. It was a great location. Kind of tricky finding the hotel no signs until you get right up on it.
It's like 4/5 resorts in a cove and this resort is at the very end. But also in the cove you can find bars, food. Really don't have to leave the property unless recreational.

This is the first time i stayed at a hotel and had room service only 1 time in 8 days and i had my kids with me that even made it worse they are girls and this was not my expectation it’s my second time to the property first was great this is the worst for a up it was a down grade sorry to say

Great room at the Hilton! It was 10 steps from the beach and was amazing! Highly recommended but the only drawback is there is only one small restaurant on the property.

The room's ammenites were excellent. Updated glass top electric stove in spotless condition. Microwave was also spotless along with the room and shower. Shower fixtures were also updated and in good working order. Only complaint is, while the A/C worked very well the room held a lot of moisture to the extent the towels would only be completely dry if put on the balcony. Additionally, the moisture caused clothing to smell moldy. Hopefully, the room moisture issue will be resolved in the near future. However, the quality of the property's infrastructure and customer service was superb and I would return again for another stay.

This time around i did not like my stay. Once i arrived the front desk did not have any change to give me back and she asked me if i had in which i told her no, she say well i will have to keep everything, i find that was crazy. Reached up to room was not very cleaned the floors were dirty as well as the countertops for the kitchen bathroom and dressing stands

The property was located on a great beach, the staff was friendly, warm and pleasant. It had a lot of restaurants close by.
It would be much appreciated it they were a little more accommodating when it comes to checking out-I wasn’t able to get a late checkout even though my flight was late afternoon, they didn’t have a shower if I checked out and went to the beach. Other than that it was a great stay.

Nice rooms and great location, the beach is one of the top in st Maarten, they have a grocery store across from and multiple restaurants. The roads are terrible compared to the rest of country and the power go off multiple times a day. Overall tho it’s a truly amazing place and the staff and people of the country are awesome and welcoming.

Check in took longer than expected, too many people crowding around front desk. Could have expedited the process. I like hotel quiet location which was nice. Front desk was accommodating, we requested few items and was resolved immediately. Beach and pool worth the stay I like the beach far side but water can be choppy.

Second time staying at this resort and the first time was really great but not this stay. Everything was going good until my son got 2 drops of water that fell on him from the ceiling which we found odd, 2nd idk if the floor started to "sweat" but from a glance you could literally see water puddles on the floor. The bed was overly squeaky. It's just the little things makes all the difference. Otherwise the stay was comfortable.

Highly recommend this property. We stayed in one bedroom suite for a family of 4. It’s perfect for our family. You have beach front access and warm pool. The views are fantastic, it’s our 3rd time in St Maarten and we are bummed we just found this place out. Free onsite laundry was fantastic and the kitchen was perfect for our week stay.
