The room was musty the whole time. Smelled like cigarettes and pee. Human pee.
Also, rennovations going on on the third floor. That's just fine, but did you really have to put us on the second floor where they are doing work right in the room above us at 8am every morning.

The hotel was going through a renovation on the floor above my room. Construction work going on all day every day of my stay. Construction workers broke a water pipe and it flooded my bathroom. Also, the hotel was without water. From 12-5 on Sunday with no advance notice, even though there was supposed to be no construction going on on Sunday. Also, I was told they were not gonna warn honor my Hotels.com reservation for one of the days of my stay. Said that it was not a guaranteed reservation. I was also charged more than the reservation rate.

Only downgraded grounds etc because post Helene were not totally "put back together". I'm sure it will get there as time and staff allow. The pool was not functioning - again the storm. But the staff more than made up for the deficits!

All was fine and the room refresh is very nice. Just very noisy hvac and when hvac was off the street noise was loud even as a guest on the 8th floor. May need to consider upgrading windows.

The room was clean and sanitary. The service was great. The breakfast was good. Our iron leaked, bad, and the outlets didn't hold the plugs we used. We are looking for the residence inn in Tenn at Dollywood. Another great trip to use residence Inn

The staff was very friendly. Especially Nancy. The room was spacious and i loved the balcony. Many food options nearby and a great shopping mall across the way.

We reserved a room with the intention of getting ready before our event. The check-in time was advertised as 4:00. We ended up going to our event at 5:05 and the room was still not ready. The gentleman at the front desk could not get in touch with housekeeping to get an estimate as to when it would be ready, so we ended up taking all our stuff with us, and leaving it in the car.
The hotel is undergoing renovations and is understaffed. There is limited parking. The shower was leaking all night long. The hotel is clean and located close to the stadium.

Front desk reception check in was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed right away. Room was dated but very comfortable. We stayed for a sold-out concert at RJ Stadium so one recommendation would be to have additional janitorial staff on-hand after concert. Blood tracked on the floor from front door down hallway and general drunken messiness observed. Hard to stomach $400 for a room when you feel uncomfortable taking your shoes off in it and construction/remodel ongoing but overall I would stay here again.

The property does not mention on the site that it’s under construction or that the pool is out of order. It was very noisy and an inconvenience. They do offer ear plugs but they didn’t help at all.

Only drawback was the fact that it is being refurbished and there was some noise during the day time hours and the grounds/parking area's had construction equipment & materials.
Overall, it is a great property and convenient to the arport. Good eating places in the area.

Property is nice and quiet, not too many activities nearby but it has easy access to the highway and it's close to the airport. The hotel is currently under restoration, so there was some construction going on the property.
The staff was excellent, shout out to Mica in the afternoon shift, she was amazing.

Everything was excellent. Room and gym was super clean, bed was comfortable, floor was quiet. Check in was smooth, front desk attendant was very kind and professional. When staying in the area again, I will definitely be staying here! Thanks.

So the room itself was great. Clean and well kept. My problem was every morning being awaken by the loudest construction I’ve ever heard in my life saying at a hotel. Clearly room above mine was being worked. That drilling started at 8am one day. I will in the music industry so I’m in late at after midnight so I value getting a good nights rest. So being awoken by that was rough. It was constant and enough to make a person go insane.
Next I use a CPAP machine at night and multiple times the power went out. So I had to wait hours to be able to go to sleep they it was back on.

Property was good for the price. They are starting a renovation which will be good as it did need some updating but it was clean and appeared as advertised. Staff was friendly and helpful during our 4 day stay.

When I entered my assigned room, the AC was making a VERY loud repetitive noise when on, like a locomotive moving down the tracks. I asked the front desk to be moved to another to another room, and they promptly accommodated me. The 2nd room was satisfactory from a temperature and noise perspective.

There really isn't an "open area". Of course, it served its purpose as a place close to the airport, but I certainly wouldn't ever use it for a family vacation property. Also, the cleaning staff never arrived until late, late in the afternoon of the second day and I was napping. Why bother being that late?

We booked a suite (through Hotels.com) with a KING size bed--and received a confirmation. Everything went fine at check in. When we got to the room, the bed was very small. We went back to the registration desk and told them the bed was the wrong size. The guy at the front desk became VERY rude and told us that they can't control what third-parties do and he didn't have to put us in a room with a KING bed. We told him that we wanted what we booked and paid for. He kept being rude, but finally conceded. The rooms are VERY outdated; the tub was rusty. There was shampoo/conditioner/soap in the shower, but that was it. We couldn't turn on the air conditioning because it sounded like a jet airplane was in the room--so the room was hot. And, the toilet kept making weird noises during the night, like it was going to explode. Would NOT recommend!
