Excellent Nusa Dua hotel option!!! Beautiful daily breakfast! Very friendly staff around the hotel. Room was great size with a great view - a little musty though; you need to check/clean/replace your ventilation system. Would definitely stay here again! I have already recommended this hotel to many people!!

Ok I'm going to sound like a Karen here but absolutely not a 5* hotel sorry. A good 3*, below average 4*. Pretty run down and not what I expected for Bali prices (I waited to review until I had stayed in others) - the rooms are huge and lovely but dated and worn, tiling/grout etc. look dirty as its old, vents are disgusting to be honest, some sunbeds broken etc. etc. I even got dripped on by the air con leaking in reception as I was trying to check out which made me laugh and summed up the experience tbh.
The staff are lovely and try hard to please but unless you're going to really take advantage of the cocktail hour and soft drinks/coffee all day it's not worth the Palace premium IMO. Maybe the rooms are a lot better than standard rooms, I don't know? The pool is lovely but small and it's not limited to adults which I didn't realise so my bad on that but means the small pool is overridden with kids for parts of the day, not ideal for relaxation which is what I was there for.
Ask for the a la carte breakfast menu as they don't openly provide, though on the second day I pointed to an option which I'd had the day before and was delivered scrambled egg on a soggy piece of bread so this is also hit and miss. They also told me one price for a taxi and it was more than 3x that in the end - this happened a lot with info, i.e. told one price for massage, charged another - just don't seem to be clued up.

Great hotel for families and the all inclusive option is very affordable but the hotel is slightly run down and tired. Also the services at the spa were suboptimal - much better to walk down the street to get a massage. Excellent location

It’s a huge beautiful resort. There were a couple of worn out things in my room though - a board coming off the wall behind the bed, AC stuck on 21 degrees, missing grout in the bathroom. The common areas are lovely though. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the brekky buffet is great

Great place with lots to do! As noted by others, rooms are a bit dated bit does not really matter when you spend only sleeping houra in the room and the rest outside around the resort. Pools and activites are great for kids. Would recommend!

The grounds and pool around Ayodya are fabulous. Stunning setting and very relaxing. Wonderful buffet brrakfast.
The rooms could use a little upgrading but were large and comfortable.
The kids club was terrible sadly. The staff barely interacted with the kids and spent more time hair braiding. I wouldnt be surprised if kids left on their own accord without the staff noticing. When we came back to get our kids on the first day they were busting to go to the toilet as the staff hadnt interacted at all to even ask them if they needed to go. Also they didnt ask them if they wanted the play stations on and our kids assumed they were broken. They are 4, 7 and 8. A disappointment amongst a wonderful time at Ayodya.

Impressive building, the lobby is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Rooms need a refurb to bring them up to the lobby standards. Quite limited on breakfast options. Swimming pool restaurant leaves a bad taste with slow service and disappointingly unattractive and fad food. Nice to see a poo table next to the beach but can’t understand how a 5 star hotel can’t have proper que to play, so bad. Beach is amazing and the snorkelling is just a few steps away from the hotel.

We chose a traditional looking property rather than the modern hotels and it did not disappoint. We were in the Ayodya Palace which was like a hotel within a hotel and was set away from the larger area with its own pool, lounge area fir breakfast and cocktails and beach access.
The staff were lovely and treated us on our birthday with a message, flowers and birthday cake. We really spolit and enjoyed our stay.

It was a family holiday to celebrate 10th birthday. Asked for connecting rooms but they could not provide them although booked 6 months in advance. Apart from that all is good.

Ayodya is a fabulous place. I loved the fact that the architecture is traditional Indonesian style and not the typical western style hotels.
The rooms are spacious and well kept. The beach is fantastic and to top it all, the staff are all very friendly and polite - always willing to help.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent with eye catching view and plenty of amenities for the guests staying at the hotel however only for the girls they should improve their lighting in the room for applying makeup and update hair dryer. Worth the money for family holidays.

We booked after seeing the pictures and a 8.8 rating but after reading some 1 star reviews we were a bit worried we jumped the gun.
But, after arriving and staying for 5 nights, we can safely say Ayodya is clean, the garden is beautiful and the staff are more than happy to accomodate. They even cooked us vegan pancakes for breakfast everyday.
A little dated but we saw quite a few staff fixing it up while we were there. It must've been hit hard during covid.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my life!! Beautiful structure, convenient location but what makes this hotel stand out in the staff. They are so welcoming and friendly and make your stay so good! We had a small intimate wedding in the hotel and they took care of everything!!! The setup was more than I could have ever imagine!! Thank you to Raman and all the staff for making my family’s holiday one to remember! We will be back soon!

Poor communication between all the resort entities (if it wasn’t no communication at all).
They never take into consideration our requests (as we were staying with our 2 daughters 3yo and 6mo).

We were initially given a room that smelt mouldy and had poor water pressure. It had floors that weren’t very clean and any details in areas were also not clean. After an awful first night of the smell in the room we requested another room and that was somewhat better. No smell but still not very clean. Each day they provide only 4 300ml glass bottles of water and these need to be opened with a bottle opener. Bring your own as the bottle opener which was weirdly mounted in the bathroom was filthy. I do not think they clean it at all. There was construction going on outside our room but at least this was only commenced each day from mid morning. The prices of food and some drinks were very high at the resort - much cheaper to walk 10 mins elsewhere. It was useful to have a shuttle from the resort to the Bali Collection shops and restaurants. The pool areas of the resort were good but the toilet facilities needed better cleaning and air freshener. No air freshener was provided in the resort rooms or facilities. Breakfast was good but be aware no lactose free milk available. The resort was tired overall but right on the swimmable beach and in a good location.

Horrible stay, the rooms are moulded and the humidity inside is 101%.
Our clothes started to smell as mould and got wet after 2 nights stay, shocking experience.
The food is limited and tastes awkward. We had pancakes, the only thing good to eat.

Felt very outdated but we could see some construction going on which was good to see. Had to request to move rooms due to our first room having quite a bad smell but second room was a bit better condition. Elevators barely work so it can be a bit of a mission if youre on a higher floor but the gardens and beach are lovely

Lovely big hotel, grand old wooden staircase and roofings. Big hotel but never felt over crowded plenty of room for everyone! Breakfast very good. Staff lovely, deluxe room was big and clean. The only downfall really was the shower never got hot, just lukewarm.Great quiet location, good bars and markets 10 mins walk. Beachfront, amazibg!
