Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, in a nice area, only a few minutes walk to the beach which is beautiful. Lots of shops and restaurants locally.

I loved every single day , the staff were very kind , the service was impeccable, the food ...OMG we all loved the food so much !!! This was all a really unforgettable experience for our family. We stayed there for 6 days and we had a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed the surroundings as the park was very close , the games that they played which were organized by the hotel staff and also the walks to the sea. Perfect choice for our holiday. Thank you to the lovely girls from the reception and also to the manager. All the best from UK

Perfect holiday with the family. The best choice, clean rooms, helpful staff, food for all tastes, delicious desserts, it's like heaven...I definitely left with extra pounds after a 4-day stay. The children were very happy because they have the park nearby and the big beach is very easy to walk...only 5 minutes walk. We can't wait to come back.

Great place, plenty of staff on and really helpful. Aitor on reception was excellent. Room was big and clean. I really enjoyed it here and would come back. Other reviews are surprising. Entertainment when I was here so that was a laugh. Poolside had great music, plenty of lounge chairs.

Hotel is a bit old fashioned, a bit expensive have given the state of the hotel. Parking was actually not free in the garage, but in the surrounding it’s free.
Also some employees hardly speak any English, especially at the reception you won’t expect this.

Rooms were very old fashioned, not like pictures. Safe and wifi was an extra charge. Sauna was not working.

Booked a double was given a twin on arrival because apparently you're just applying for a double. No refund for the difference offered. Worn feel to the place, found far too much hair in the room to feel comfortable but as was only stopping for one night let it slide.

Really nice place to visit not far from the beach, comfy and clean rooms, breakfast had a variety of nice foods, lots of restaurants and places to go out at night.

A very cozy hotel to stay in. The size and amount of guests can be frightening at first but the excellent staff on board are ready to assist you. The room we were in was great overlooking the pool, which we couldn’t use as it was not in season. But from our room looks great. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and the chef was there to make sure all was up to standard.

The restaurant is good lots of fish options, and good choices.
The pool area is a bit small for the number if guests though we could always get a sunbed.
The animacions team weren't great not much happening really and no sports facilities.
Bicycle hire is free for all inclusive guests and availability for this was good considering there is one large canopied family unit and 2 mountain bikes.
The hotel is a nice walk to the beach maybe 15 minutes through the shops, and is next door to the Friday market.
The town is fine, but not remarkable.
The visitors are Spanish French and Dutch, not many English at all.

Good food and hotel was very clean but not really a place for the under 65's. Staff were not friendly or very helpful. A good budget option.
