The waitress who served us breakfast every morning was very pleasant the manager was also nice but the beach wasn't impressive. If i decide to return I will definitely stay in the Dutch Side the French side to boring.

The service was excellent, management and staff very courteous and friendly Anne and Juline always had a welcoming smile. Breakfast quality and buffet service were the best not to forget s top of the line coffee machine . Room overlooked the pool and surroundings gorgeous gardens

I really enjoyed my stay at Palm Court. The manager is Ann and she and her staff are all so friendly and helpful. I had a great view of pool area from my balcony. Many places to dine in easy walking distance. Also a small grocery store in walking distance. The beach is just a couple minutes walk from hotel. The staff arranged for my taxi to airport upon my departure. Would love to come back to Palm Court and explore more island options.

We stay at Palm Court every year, sometimes twice a year. Ann, the manager is so kind and accommodating! The hotel has a new French restaurant on site, Ti Palm, that is simply amazing. Breakfast is free as are two chairs and an umbrella at Wai Plage restaurant/bar on Orient Bay which has the best food and drinks! The hotel is clean, quaint, and about 1/4 mile from the beach, across the street from Orient Village and ALL the fantastic restaurants. A small grocery store is steps away. We already have our next reservation booked!

The staff and the property deserve 100 stars!! It was true paradise. The grounds were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site,Ti Palm, that was marvelous! The pool was great and refreshing. The staff were so kind and friendly! The location was a 3 minute walk to one of zee best beaches with so many amazing restaurants. This is the French side of the island yet everyone spoke English. We are so happy we visited the Palm Court to celebrate my partner’s 60th birthday. We will return! Merci to Anne and her wonderful staff!

This is a beautiful & clean property that has just the right amount of amenities & very close to the beach and all local restaurants. Rooms are huge, clean and amazing (just enough supplies for snacks and light cooking). The ONLY thing I would add is some protein @ breakfast buffet (cottage cheese, peanut butter, boiled eggs or almond butter) & maybe a sliced tomato or cucumber for people who cannot eat fruit. Otherwise their breakfast was actually delicious & omelets are available for an extra fee.

Location was perfect. We had a.car but you could easily do without. Very nice and spacious room. Greatcstaff. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast or dinner. Groceries, salon, bakery and tons of restaurants within a 2 .in. walk. Beach and more options just another minute away. We are so glad we chose tbis property and location.

We loved our stay here. The property is wonderful. Great large rooms overlooking the pool and hotel restaurant. We wanted a balcony but ended up on the ground floor which was a blessing. It was very private and had direct access to pool and restaurant. The restaurant is highly rated and a nice atmosphere. The location to the beach and restaurants in the village was awesome. We had five wonderful meals. We rented a car but never used it - that’s how much we liked our location, the beach, and the restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved the hotel, especially the house kitty, on-site restaurant, pool, and the wonderful people and Anne! We will return! It’s very close to the beach and cute restaurants, small supermarket and convenient to everything you need and want.

When I arrived the amazing friendly front desk Victoria was so nice with check in and showed me to the room couldn't ask for a better room it was an amazing trip hope to be back soon and get the same room 😊

The hotel was superb and staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated when we arrived. The property was minutes walking close to the beach and restaurants. Also, breakfast included in our stay was a big plus. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice rooms with good bedding. Have a refrigerator, microwave, hob, and basic cooking utensils. Biggest problem was the water was off for part of my stay. Other hotels in the area have a cistern backup water supply so I might stay there in the future. Nice staff, good breakfast. Easy walking distance to the beach.

This hotel is an easy walk from Orient Beach. It is also within easy walking distance to several restaurants and a small grocery. The room was spacious, clean, and close to the pool. The only negative issue we had was the newly opened restaurant at the hotel was in across the pool from our room, and the noise became excessive late in the evening. We were told the restaurant would close by 10 PM. This was not the case. The noise continued until well after the closing time. I will contact them and ask if they have corrected this problem before booking a stay there in the future.

Owner/manager Ann(e) is outstanding. We were actually booked in another Orient Bay accommodation, which turned out to be full of problems. We were able to book alternative accommodation at Ann(e)'s Palm Court Hotel in Orient Bay. The facility is flawlessly run – from the room furnishings, the beds, the cleanliness, the pool, breakfast, and most importantly the owner/manager. We had to leave our prior [bad] accommodation at 11am, and even though normal check-in time at Palm Court is not until 4pm, Ann(e) graciously permitted us to check in at 11am. This allowed us to fully enjoy our transition day, and NOT have to throw away any of our perishable groceries. We go to St. Martin every year, and we will definitely be staying next year with the Palm Court Hotel in Orient Bay.

The property and staff was extremely friendly, helpful and nice but the problem was the lack of water throughout the day-there was running water only a few hrs a day-that’s not fair when people go there to relax(especially after going to the beach ). Something must be done or else this property will loose all respect .

Unfortunately the property suffered outages on their water supply. It seemed that it might have been a property electrical challenge but it was somewhat problematic on 3 mornings.
The verge outside the property, along the access road, unfortunately had some garbage from the garbage storage location on the corner of the property and management seemed to be OK with this garbage lying beside their fencing, giving the initial appearance of an unkempt property.
However, once inside the Property, all was neat and tidy and we really really like this property with its great breakfast and close proximity to all the restaurants in the village.

This hotel is small and has great ambience. I have stayed here many times and know the area very well. It is walkable to about eight different restaurants within one block. Everything has been updated and is very comfortable.
