Night staff super nice and pool was open late as I am a night nurse and am naturally up late. Pet friendly staff, however, some unsavory family who apparently HATEs life were very rude when my 14 year old 3 legged dog walked past them in the hall way

The room was inexpensive and comfortable. Nothing fancy but the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet and clean. I preferred a fancier breakfast and walked to the nearby Bob Evens.

Our stay was nice, wasnt that bad for the price. Would stay there again? Staff was friendly! Wifi was trash bit over all it was ok!

Room wasn’t very clean. The sheets of the bedding and the bathroom bathtub and toilet had stains. The water of Toilet flush was running non stop and wasn’t functioning properly. I had to get out of my bed to fix it because couldn’t stop thinking about how much water was getting wasted. So I fixed the toilet flush. In the dining room during breakfast there was very limited choice. No fresh fruits, not even bananas. When I asked the attendant, if she can turn on the tv to watch the morning news. She said they don’t turn on tv in the dining room. I guess the tv was just for show. Not going back there again.

The gentleman at the front desk was top notch and very helpful. I booked that this hotel for my wife and I as a little get away. When we tried to go swimming it was freezing in the pool area. The water was ice cold and NONE of the heaters worked in the area. It'll be nice to warn potential customers that the pool area isn't heated & allow them to decide if they're still interested in staying. I booked this hotel because of the pool and ended up being very very disappointed. Hopefully you can make it right & compensate us.

I was very upset with the Fri t desk staff as I went to throw a pizza box away and I threw in what look to be a trash can and the front desk agent scolded me as if I was a small child. Once I threw it away she came around f the corner screaming at me at the to of her lungs to take that out of there because it’s not a trash. She also told me it didn’t belong in there as well, she told me most people and keep using the term most people, also to me that common sense should have told me not to throw my trash in there because it said plastic. I told her I agree it said plastic and I didn’t notice that at all. I was more concerned with picking up after myself and my children. As a consumer I felt humiliated and embarrassed as she yelled at me in front of the cleaning staff and others in the hotel lobby. She began to make racial insults as she continued to say what most people would not do. She was very combative and went back and forth with me about trash. As humans we all make mistakes and if she would have conveyed that to me respectfully I would have apologized, when she pointed out that it was designed for plastic and paper and not trash, which I never payed it any attention I immediately apologized. She continued to be aggressive with me as I asked what time was check out and talk to me as if I was ignorant which she insinuated several times throughout the conversation. As well as the cleaning staff also agreed with her and they began to both scoll me together.

We were staying for our fathers funeral. They did nothing but make a poor situation worse.

website states pool is heated to 80 and open from 8a-10p. I took my kids down at 11:30a and was told pool wasn't open until noon. There was also a sign posted next to the pool doors stating open 8-10. another guest stated they were told pool was emptied every night then refilled in the morning, So it would never be up to temp. If you have a not great back the beds are kind of uncomfortable.

Overall a pleasant experience. One of the best pet friendly hotels around.

The third party booked us for the wrong room

Overall the stay was nice. There were a few issues in the room itself. The toilet wasnt secure to the floor and the floor around the toilet just seem soft. Also the bathroom door does not latch or lock.

Loved our room. People working there were so helpful and friendly. Will definately stay there again.

Garbage was left in the hallway. Breakfast area could use modernization. Old tables and chairs. Beds were comfortable

My reservation was paid in full for two rooms, only one available due to a third party. Room 222 had a multi-crack broken window, room darkening curtain was cracked/ripped in several places, the floor was cracked in the bathroom, the AC didn't work, etc. The room 224 next door was like a mansion compared to it. The staff was rude and would not allow me to rent the second room and allow me to fight for my money to be refunded with the service I used. Almost two hours of being on the phone me and my son were able to get all of my money refunded and then the front desk staff had a completely different attitude. Due to this, we were unable to use the pool and that was the key factor to choosing this hotel. The breakfast was old, fake and stale and lacked variety.

The fitness room needs maintenance. Elevator was broken. Outer entry opened without a room key.

I liked everything room was clean and comfortable. The woman at check-in was very nice.

I wanted to get out and enjoy a night with my grandkids and paid $200 for a room that was supposed to sleep 4, but slept 2. The pullout was in no condition for anyone! We slept 3 in the bed and 1 on the floor. Didn't get to swim at all because the pool hours listed are not the hours. No adult hours and it is shut down in the morning until after check out. So sad we didn't have a better time.
