Very comfortable, large comfortable room. Quick and easy check in. Grat location. Walking distance to restaurant and shopping.

Our door didn’t lock so maintenance had to be called to fix it and place wasn’t in great shape but it was clean

Nice stay, clean and tidy, friendly staff. Would stay again for sure
Though the buffet breakfast was hit and miss. Waited 10-15mins for eggs to come out so gave up and left.

It was a good stay and the hotel was comfortable but i realised in my first stay that the mini bar was not filled in and no bathrobes provided. In the 2nd trip, my room was fitted out with all those items.

Lovely big bed, very very comfortable. I had a end corridor room, so a corner room - loved it. Right across the road from the conference centre and Ocean Spa. Will definitely book to stay here again

The room was lovely and freshly decorated, the view was superb. The buffet was outstanding and the staff was very helpful. Would love to stay here again - would recommend this hotel - excellent - 10 of out 10.

Base rate gives you a basic room with no sea view on ground floor. Lots of upselling to tempt you to spend more for any extras and a sea view. Ground floor unit perfectly adequate though without a view as there is a building between the hotel and the beach/sea. Comfortable beds!

This was a last minute booking and the staff were lovely despite our very late check in. All was fine until I went to hop into bed and discovered what looked like a puddle of vape liquid on the sheets and it had soaked through to next layer. Staff bought fresh sheets and offered a room change but it was so late I just took the fresh sheets. Beds also had a lumpy pillow-top layer which wasn’t comfortable. Other than that, the location was great and the breakfast was fine but due to the bed/cleanliness issues I don’t think I would stay again.

Definitely would recommend this place to others. So convenient with the Ocean Spa and Beach right there, beautiful scenery to wake up too, very friendly staff and love that they offer room service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms well appointed. All rooms face the ocean, but request a higher floor for the best views.

Excellent staff service! I thought the front desk making a courtesy call to check in with me early evening was a really nice touch. Bed was really comfy and the shower pressure was great.
You have to be quick for parking however…or park up and walk everywhere because once you leave your spot, there’s another car circling to take it!
A few cosmetic details like cracked tiles and dusty tap fittings, and a roller blind that wouldn’t roll, but overall it was a nice place to rest and relax😊

The room was ok but it’s very outdated. It was like I was staying there in the 1980s. It really needs renovating. The curtains wouldnt fit right across the windows, the bedside tables were old and the tops were cracked and bubbling like it had water sitting on it for a while. The bed was very comfortable though. The bath had this long strand of hair in it which wasn’t ours as we don’t have long hair. The breakfast was terrible. Breakfast food was luke warm and dry.

We had a lovely stay here and everything was perfect. We had a great view and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to foreshore, restaurants and sightseeing. Perfect for a two night stay with kids. Only real complaint was that dinner restaurant was overpriced for quality of food and limited menu but that said, there are plenty of other options available within an easy walk. Would definitely stay there again

Love staying at Te Pania. Safe easy access to the Marine Parade walkway. Lovely staff, clean tidy room. Bathroom tap was a bit sticky otherwise fine. Thank you
