Location is excellent, only a few mins walk to the MRT. I enjoyed the interior design of the room, it gives me a home feel. There is also a tea cabinet that I can make tea in the morning. Staff is very helpful. I will stay here again.

Location & the stay is considered good, but the condition is a bit rundown.
Breakfast selections is quite limited and unchanged for our 5days stay.

Nice place and wonderful staff BUT seriously hard to sleep! The hotel controls the room temperature even though each room has its own thermostat. They don’t let you put the aircon below 24C or 75.2F. Just miserable for us to sleep in that temperature. The windows also don’t open. Breakfast was just okay. Again, great staff and nice hotel BUT if you want to sleep in a room colder than what I said above find another hotel. Funny that the lobby and restaurant were nice and cool.

Spend two nights in hotel while typhoon was on us. Place has very nice decor and food (breakfast and afternoon meal) Only taxis were bit confused how to drive to hotel in first place as entrance is one way road. But all family liked visit

Great location, MRT literally outside the front door. Lots of friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and the happy (2) hours was effectively drinks and dinner. Definitely would use it again.

The 5-7pm daily free Happy Hour deal (with a variety of drinks and cold and hot foods of high quality) is unique to this hotel. Free breakfast is also impressive. Friendly staff, minute care to small details in decor, service, etc. definitely help the hotel make a mark in the global hotel industry.

Do note the entrance is along a narrow drive and most taxi drives don’t know it’s there and may not easily find their way. Hence aiming for the Mövenpick cafe is a handy landmark

This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star customer service. Being on the last leg of our trip in Taiwan, we are very glad we booked this hotel to end our trip on. The staff were attentive, helpful, and provided us with an amazing experience overall. The location is very convenient and quiet. The only complaint we have was that we noticed ventilation was not very good in our room and it smelt strange and stuffy, with a mould patch on the wall. Otherwise we had an amazing experience.

Property is a little dated, but that’s expected in the middle of Taipei. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and afternoon meal is better than average hotel with lots of traditional Taiwanese food plus more. It is literally 2 minutes walk to MRT (transit) to almost anywhere in Taipei which is very convenient. There is even a small night market about 10 mins from hotel. I would definitely come here again if I visit Taipei again.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel suite is very clean and quiet. The nicest extra is that they provide the healthy and delicious free breakfast and evening snacks. Excellent location, right next to the metro and bus station, very convenient to the restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is clean, spacious and well appointed rooms, close proximity to the metro and a nice breakfast and happy hour spread. You totally get your money’s worth. Highly recommended.
