Lives up to the 5 star rating . Many activities throughout the day . Loved the Asian hibachi restaurant 5 course meal . The shuttle to the market and cafes was nice . Classy lounge/bar at night was relaxing. View of Jordan from across is so picturesque . I will definitefintely be back !

Great stay at the hotel. Different pools, sea, beach, attractions - all that you need to have a good vacation. Spa not recommended - their services in spa in very low quality. Salesman is very charismatic and know to sell, but service itself in spa - no comments. Sauna is cold, they switch it on when you come. Massage - I know to do massage better by myself. Had great snorkeling tour to the castle - very good, like it, recommend. In general, if you have all inclusive, don't pay for spa, all other attractions are ok.

Good hotel, bad food

Bad check in experience, unhelpful front desk manager. Low social class resdience. Not clean bathroom and rooms. House keeping looking always for tips and they are rude. Food is poor, no variety and many waiting rows. Poor internet.

The hotel was not as expected, overall it is not like other 5 star ratings. It is fairly deserve 4 stars

Property is ok with lots of amenities, staff was terrible with very bad attitude towards customers.

It was very bad trip starting from our check in as we stay for about 2 hours to make check in and the power outage two times and the water outage also 2 times and the elevetor is not working so i carry the stroller and my baby for 3 stages every time to the room.really it was very bad experience

Very bad sea spot, all coral reefs are dead and no fishes. "No snorkeling" All public toielts are dirty all the time. Smoking are every where, I cannot find any non smoking area. Food quality is average.

Great pools, many beds to hang out around the pool, fun water-gym. The food was not so tasteful, but had many variety.

We felt safe and well looked after. They made transportation arrangements for us. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful.

We were blown away. After seeing the prices listed for this hotel we were certain it was going to be sketchy as hell. Boy were we wrong. What we found was one of the best resort experiences of our lives. A beautiful perfectly maintained palace right on the Red Sea. The staff could not have been friendlier and more inviting. Everything we experienced was first class and extremely high value. The spa was incredible. The 7 (yes SEVEN) pools were breathtaking. And the staff helped us charter a sailing yacht to visit ancient sites on the Red Sea and snorkel. A quick weekend getaway turned into one of the best vacations of our lives. A weekend all inclusive for less than a one night hotel stay in nearby Eilat. Taba Heights is the spot. Tell your friends. We will be back

Beautiful site, nice hotel with friendly staff but the all inclusive food is quite poor

The hotel is as beautiful as the photos show, with the private beach just beyond the swimming pools. You need sandals near the sea as it has a few sharp rocks, yet it is mostly sand and very clear sea. The food is mostly good, except for the so called orange juice; but for a quieter atmosphere and better service the smaller dining room is lovely. The Beduin night entertainment is excellent, otherwise a little more variety than just singing girls might be provided. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful, some just don't understand english. I would certainly go back.
