Our air conditioner didn’t cool off our room we thought after I got dark it would cool off. It didn’t cool off until the middle of the night to be comfortable enough to sleep. The room could’ve been cleaned much better sheets were staying towels were thread bare. Did not have to haggle for a cash deposit however they didn’t make me have the receipt. There was written at check-in to get it back so make sure you keep your receipt. Won’t stay here again. We’ll spend 10 more dollars to stay somewhere else.

I have stayed here before and they have done so much work on the motel it's nice and the pool is awesome.24 hour cameras on property.staff has been helpful on anything I ask. Great Job to the people at Motel 6.on 110 Access Rd Longview TX I will be back to stay Great Staff.

The staffing manager was rude my room had mold in it and he refused to change my room until I took pictures and then changed my room and it still had mold in it the door didn’t shut all the way on the first room I was in

10 am a woman was beating on my door yelling house keeping. There are no do mot disturb signs for the doir. When i answered she told me check out is at 11 and she doesn't know what time it currently is. I told her that its not 11 and closed the door. When I was checking out i told the crook upfront that i paid a cash $25 deposit. She told me that id have to have the receipt to get it back. I wwnt to my car and received the receipt. She then open up a binder that had my cash and a copy of the receipt. If she already had proof of the cash deposit why did i have to show proof? She could've looked in the binder and my name was on the receipt along with my cash. The person didn't tell me that i would need a receipt to get it back so if i had thrown it away or lost it they would've kept my money.

The stay was nice. I was getting into my car with my two small children and a strange man came up from the road(not another guest). The woman at the front desk came outside and stayed outside until I was able to get into my car.

No breakfast. But expect that at Motel6. Maid took towels, but never returned with " replacement" towels. Had to go to front desk after midnight (we'd been out) to get replacement towels. Frustrating.

Lady in the front is very rude, seems like she have a problem with people of color. Covers are old may need to bring your own blankets and sheets. They have roaches, and there’s loud yelling and fighting all night. I’ll never go back

The room was decent, however they tried to charge me a couple hours ago for another deposit. Luckily my card declined it. I already paid the deposit when I arrived. Today was my checkout. We also didn’t have AC because it looked like the 3 prong plug for the AC unit was burnt up so it was unplugged when we got there and we just left it like that.

When I pulled into the parking lot, there was like 18 people outside loud music very trashy. I decided not to stay because it was definitely unsafe place to stay. I do not recommend I actually recommend for this hotel to be off of this website. Hotels.com should evaluate reviews to determine what hotels to recommend.

I didn't receive the security deposit because I wasn't out of the room by 11:15 the deposit is for damages not the time of the leaving reserved room

They charge me for a hand towel that was missing when am a 100 percent sure they forgot to put it there i been a loyal customer with motel six in texas and Louisiana but am not staying at this particular one again is not the money is the false accusation.

Clean room and the pool was open and very clean as well.

Everything worked in my room. It was very clean. The office vending machines had really low prices for soda and candy.

The staff at this Motel 6 is way more friendly than most of the hotels around here. They actually treat you like a human being. They are accommodating and will assist you if needed.They dont act all judgemental like some of the other hotels. And last but not least....wait for it...they have a swimming pool and its actually open!

I made a reservation early on a Friday morning for a week's stay, then had to cancel this. I canceled the reservation before noon on that same day, but I was charged ONE NIGHT'S STAY because I didn't cancel before THURSDAY at 6 PM. I hadn't even made the reservation yet! I feel cheated and dishonored. I will not be staying at Motel 6 again.

Service was nice and friendly. However, the room's air conditioner barely worked at all and the shower head was so high and sprayed directly into the wall my wife couldn't shower

I didn’t even bring my suitcase in. I did not stay. The room was filthy. There was still feces in the toilet. There was a roach on the tv when I walked in. Of course the lady said no refund but I left anyway. I’d rather sleep in my truck. Disgusting.

We got there and the gave us a room that was in Construction so I went backup to the front desk and told them and then that gave me a room upstairs and my mom almost slipped and fell. Because she had a bad back and we were here in longview for surgery and I explained that to them and they didn't care and when we got to second room it wasn't clean and I had to go back to the office to get someone to come and clean it and the only person who was nice to us was the lady who came to our room to clean it and I was upset that instead of the owner let her off work do to a death in the family they made her work that is why they not get a good review from me i will never stay there again
