Great stay, quiet comfy rooms, great room service. The hotel is a little outdated but clean and in good condition. No elevator but 2nd floor rooms are cheaper. I’d say best value for your money in rapid city. Will stay here again if/when work brings me back up here. You get cheaper rates booking directly through the hotel rather than on this app

Very clean, comfortable place with great staff, friendly people, comfortable towels, good bathrooms, fair sized 2 queen bed room, only thing I didn't like was the foot traffic in back of hotel from people walking. Found a glass something near car and threw it away so no kid would find it. Not hotels fault but I just helped out.

Everything is out of date, the beds are terrible, ac barely worked

We went to our room and flushed the toilet and it was so loud after and ran for about 3 mins
Went to adjust the temp on the heater and found a live bug
Then went back to the washroom because of the toilet and seen another bug on the floor
So many bad stains on the carpet did not stay the night
We left and had to get another place
This place is a 8.6 rating on hotel.com and I don’t know how they obtained this as the place is probably 20 years old and never remodeled and it still had a blue 1 piece shower

Room was clean and did NOT smell. Beds were a bit on the hard side. Rooms could use an update but were pretty clean in appearance. Caroet could stand to be replaced.

Did not realize there was no elevator until I had booked the room. I had an injured foot and the stairs were quite difficult. Beds were not very comfortable. The blanket on top of the sheet was tucked so far under the bottom of the mattress you could not cover yourself with it. Remade it for night two. The continental breakfast was extremely lacking, but Perkins was next door

It was quite affordable compared to the rest of the area and had last minute availability. Staff were really nice on arrival. It is an older hotel, but is kept up well and clean. The only odd thing was an abandoned derelict truck parked in the customer lot. Gave a negative impression at first.

Rooms awr extremely outdated, ceiling looks like it is ready to collapse, walls are peeling from countertops, chairs are so wobbly couldn't sit in them...their breakfast was cold ceral and a milk jug in the lobby.
Lady that checked us in was very nice. Motel "manager" waas extremely rude and confrontational, and basically yells at people.

The place was very cozy and great for the price. The bed was comfy and the place was very clean. Kids staying in the hotel liked the pool. My only concern was that they had some weird rules about that only guests outside 20 miles of Rapid City could stay there. I wasn't sure if that was legal? It didn't impact our stay. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Was nothing like the pics!! No one at the front desk when we wanted to check in took 10 minutes for some one to show up to the desk, Extremely outdated! Air consort was noisy and smelled so we shut it off! The beds were hard and the blanket covers were heavy they were the ones you would use to hall furniture NEVER would I recommend this place to anyone!!

Their outdoor pool was really nice. Great temperature and very clean. The staff were not the friendliest though and a cleaning lady came in our room at like 8 and woke us up(that was awkward) I also forgot my phone charger there and called and asked if they could send it to me. They said they would check and get back to me and never did, very disappointing service there
