I was kicked out of the hotel because of smoking at the locked balcony - the windows was open

Weird hotel - two separate buildings. Second building is down a narrow alleyway several minutes away from main entrance. That was where we stayed. Perfectly good hotel but staff totally lacking any personality or friendliness. Overall: I would stay there again, but not with enthusiasm. If there was a competitive hotel room available I most likely would choose the alternative.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff at this hotel. Due to an honest mistake, I accidentally booked an extra night. When I politely approached the staff to ask for a cancellation or some form of compensation, my request was completely ignored. Their lack of understanding and unhelpful attitude left me frustrated and disappointed

Older property. Got a room in the main bulding. Even smells old..best to upgrade to a corner room in the other buidling. Worth the $10 more.

Connecting phone to TVs was not possible, they are a little dated. There was a noisy nightclub in the lobby with traffic at night. A little too far from shopping.

I had a great stay. Staff was great, room was nice, clean quite. I really needed a pool as I like to swim and found the pool very pleasant and swimmable. It's about a 15 minute walk to the subway just to note. Some great street food nearby as well.

The Davis has an impressive front facade and lobby. It is an inexpensive option in an area that is dark at night. Did not feel safe to walk around. The room smelled of old urine, and had an outdated carpet. The cleaning staff does what they can, and my room was cleaned by the time I came back, around 2 pm. The front desk staff was courteous. Buffet breakfast mediocre, nothing to write home about. They close breakfast by 10:30 am.

Old school building. Great room sizes. Mattress needs to upgrade for western visitors. Hard as a rcok. They did bring extra pad after 2 days of trying tonexplain what the issue was

The hotel building is great and the rooms are very good. However some of the staff aren't too friendly and the breakfast is very average for the standard of hotel. Also there is a nght-club which is part of the building which has an entrance in the lobby so there's no quiet lobby in the evening which we found intrusive. Hope this review helps.

This is actually a good high class hotel, just a bit old, but the price is very good for this level of hotel.

Was a pleasant stay for one night, the rooms are big a little bit run down but it was ok.
The spa is lovely the staff are helpful and kind and gym and swimming pool is nice too.
Only down side is the live in guests they can be rude and the night club opposite the hotel can be loud.
The restaurant stays open till midnight this means guests are running around the hallways drunk and loud I did struggle to sleep.
Overall it is a good stay for a night and the price is reasonable.

What a pleasant surprise was expecting a much more basic hotel and it's luxurious and comfortable, welcoming, friendly hotel with lots of facilities to hand, roof top pool and all the refinements that goes with it.
Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The Davis has a certain look to it. The suite was huge, the only downfall would be the Wifi range, it should be either next to the jacuzzi or upgraded to a mesh wifi. Davis is a little bit further from em-X malls, but still very enjoyable. The octo restaurant have a lot of nice European choice, and it's always easy to get Grab to get food or go anywhere.

They dint give same room as we were book two rooms in same price .break fast is not that good.no variety item.

My family has staying in Davis many times before the pandemic. We were so excited to return to the place because we have some fond memories there. However, the night shift manager was unbelievably inconsiderate. The rooms looked stale. And the service and amenities were significant deteriorated. The swimming pool had fungus growing on the sides.
We would not return to this place. Sad!!!
