Toilet paper not sufficiently provided upon check in. Breakfast is too simple. 18mins walk to BTS. Master bed room bed structure blocking tv view. I chose this hotel because the room is big

We had a terrible stay at the Davis. I do not reccommend anyone chosing this hotel.
We stayed at the ambassador suite in the corner wing.
After complaining about a very dirty room (snot or similar on pillow, cracked toilet seat, dirty walls and floor, and a broken whirlpool that leaked wated onto the floor when we tried filling it up, we got a new room.
We got a new ambassador suite that was almost equally dirty and were actually missing a door knob.
There was a blood stain on the mattress that was visible through the thin linens.
The toilet was leaking when flushing, creating a small puddle of dirty toilet water on the side of the bathroom.
I wanted breakfast as a compensation for the trouble we had had with the rooms, the wrecked evening we spent re-packing all the luggage and bringing it to the new room, but they said that we couldnt get that...
We stayed here in 2018 and was quite happy then. Now it seems that they are just milking every single baht they can out of this run down and terrible hotel and dont use any money at all on maintenance or even cleaning.
I will never stay at this hotel again, and neither should you.

Decent , Reliable place to stay at if your on a bit of a budget.

It would have been an ok hotel...BUT. They were turning the lobby into a night club and the music could be heard in all the rooms until the early hours of the morning. Not only that, but they were private parties and you couldn't even join in the fun. You just had to listen to the loud music from your room every night.

Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed, bathroom was a bit dated, hotel is nicely situated 15 mins south of the nightlife and shopping of Sukhumvit rd. swimming pool was lovely and refreshing after a normal hot Bangkok afternoon

Weird hotel - two separate buildings. Second building is down a narrow alleyway several minutes away from main entrance. That was where we stayed. Perfectly good hotel but staff totally lacking any personality or friendliness. Overall: I would stay there again, but not with enthusiasm. If there was a competitive hotel room available I most likely would choose the alternative.

Needed to checkin early and staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a nice size, clean and quiet. Centrally located to coffee shops, breweries and restaurants as well. Definitely staying here again next time in Bangkok, Thailand.

I loved the elephant pool. Great breakfast. Staff was very helpful, we were at the wrong section of the hotel and was very helpful in getting to the check in spot.

Love the traditional Thai style room. The roof top pool are is fantastic! Staff is very good. The young porter, Mr. K could not do enough to help with all local information including booking day tours. Will definitely stay at The Davis again.

The hotel has a bar that is open 8pm to 4 am I was staying on the ninth floor and could feel and hear the extraordinarily loud music until 4am overall the hotel was nice and the staff was kind but I paid good money to sleep at night in my nice hotel instead i was up all night and slept during the day because o was exhausted and the hotel saw fit through a rave party throughout the night

Pillows were very hard and lady at the front desk was really putting pressure on me after checking out at 12:03 instead of 12:00… They also did not tell me in advance that I would not sleep in the main building where breakfast is served and with the main lobby etc… did not like that at all!! other than that I enjoyed the hotel! Quiet and peaceful!

Staff is incredibly polite and friendly. Great location. Close to everything (sky train, from small street vendors to fancy shopping malls.) Fantastic amenities (pool, weight room, cardio room, spa massages available, breakfast buffet available..), clean and spacious.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff at this hotel. Due to an honest mistake, I accidentally booked an extra night. When I politely approached the staff to ask for a cancellation or some form of compensation, my request was completely ignored. Their lack of understanding and unhelpful attitude left me frustrated and disappointed

Connecting phone to TVs was not possible, they are a little dated. There was a noisy nightclub in the lobby with traffic at night. A little too far from shopping.

I had a great stay. Staff was great, room was nice, clean quite. I really needed a pool as I like to swim and found the pool very pleasant and swimmable. It's about a 15 minute walk to the subway just to note. Some great street food nearby as well.

The Davis has an impressive front facade and lobby. It is an inexpensive option in an area that is dark at night. Did not feel safe to walk around. The room smelled of old urine, and had an outdated carpet. The cleaning staff does what they can, and my room was cleaned by the time I came back, around 2 pm. The front desk staff was courteous. Buffet breakfast mediocre, nothing to write home about. They close breakfast by 10:30 am.
