Very nice place close to everything

The pillows are not good. No towel racks in bathrooms. Only one hook behind the door.

The hotel website emphasized the proximity to the airport and the shuttle available. However, the shuttle did not start until 8:00 AM, which made it useless if you had an early morning flight. The breakfast was great. The staff where helpful and friendly. A lot of the metal items around the pool were rusted. The bed sheet on one of the beds in our room had bloodstains.

Our room had a very strong “deodorizer”smell in it. Luckily the window opened so we were able to have it wide open all night otherwise wise I’m sure I would have gotten a migraine headache. It was a little chilly but it helped with the strong smell. Otherwise everything else was fine with our stay.

It was good stay beside have the room right next to the elevator which made the room noise until 11:00pm after that is was quiet but ok kinda last minute and in my budget for a couple day get away

I was surprised that it wasn’t a nicer place. I’ve never by disappointed in a Comfort Inn & Suites until now. The room was dirty and there was something making a loud noise all night in the bathroom. It sounded like a motor that was trying to ramp up but couldn’t. Very annoying

I was amazed at the woman who was at the check in desk, she had a real Karen badgering her about discounts and such while she was the only person up front and a line up for check ins, and she handled it wonderfully.

You could tell the manager was passionate about the property. The pool was perfect. The slide was a blast and it was hard to get my kids off of it. I love that the fitness center has a window into it so if your kids are older you could keep an eye on them while working out. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and fresh! Lovely stay

Their beds and pillows are so comfortable! We had a very quick stay so we didn't use many of their amenities. The late night staff was very helpful when called for information on taxis. But we received conflicting information from different staff concerning their shuttle services.

When we checked into our room on 9/6/24 there was a poop stain in the toilet and trash behind the chair. When We arrived back at the hotel to go swimming after a long day of activities, there was a fire truck out side and the inside of the building had a gas smell. It gave us an instant headache. We were due to check out on 9/8/24 but we checked out the evening of 9/7/24 and they did not offer us a refund. Most likely will never stay here again.

Everyone was friendly & everything was great!

This stay left us with mixed feelings. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and the property is very cute when you arrive. There is a nice firepit out front and our kids were very excited to use the water slide and pool. However, the room appeared not cleaned on arrival and as you venture beyond the lobby lots of things appear run down. There was a french fry in the middle of our room on the floor and only one of the trashes had a fresh trash bag in it. Around the board near the headboard was very dirty, and it was obvious it had not been vacuumed in a long time. When we mentioned it, the person at the front desk offered to come clean it herself but she was obviously the only person working the whole place and we decided not to have her do that. Later we used the shower it backed up and would not drain. There was black stuff backing up. At that point the offered to give us a new room, which we did appreciate and had a functioning shower but unfortunately that one was only cleaned slightly better was very dirty around the bed with weird stains on the bedding. It was definitely disappointing for the high price and I find it sad that hotels are charging such a high price yet can't guarantee quality. Also, I was charged more than originally quoted for the room. Thankfully when I called to ask they did promptly correct it and reimburse my card.

Great hotel for families with kids. My kids age 11, 8, and 4, loved the pool area, breakfast options, and sitting outside by the fire pit. Many restaurants are within 10 mins drive including Costco and Sam’s Club. I

The property was just a short drive from a wedding we attended. The room was very spacious and clean!! We would have liked a few more towels in the room, but the front desk was very friendly and helpful getting us another bath towel. The pool area was clean, and we really appreciated the slide hours being posted and enforced so we could enjoy the hot tub. Would be happy to stay here again!!

From the outside it looked great. There was a long wait for check in since one of the housekeepers did not show up for work that day. One of the beds collapsed the second my husband sat down on it and he is not a large man. Our organic fresh fruit froze in the refrigerator. A total loss. The pool area was very stifling between the heat and the chlorine. It was an okay place to sleep.

Our check-in was delayed by several hours due to the room not being ready. The person checking everyone in was doing her best in a very stressful situation. Once finally checked in, the room was not very clean. It appeared that there were only one or maybe two folks cleaning the rooms. We were not All staff appeared very stressed in general. I absolutely do not put any of the blame on the workers there for our experience, however, management should consider ways to increase staffing levels for a more enjoyable experience for their customers and staff.

Stayed years ago and still happy with this hotel

Toilets were not very clean, our first room the toilet was plugged and had to switch rooms. Stains in carpets too. However, the customer service was great.
