Awesome hotel

Stayed here for a night as I was passing through town and as I entered the lobby I noticed the trash was overflowing and there was trash on the floor and on a table behind it. I figured staff would be cleaning it any moment so I didn’t say anything about it, I checked in and headed to my room once in my room I began wiping down everything as I entered the bathroom I noticed roaches crawling on around in the bathroom. So I immediately grabbed my belongings and went back down stairs. We were given a new room immediately at this point it was well after midnight we were tired so I wiped things down quickly and went noticed the toilet was running I asked about it and was told it was fine they do that sometimes so we took a shower and got in bed while the next morning water came pouring out of the bathroom flooding the room I called for help immediately and ended up having to gather my items quickly before have to leave well before I planned to it was a terrible experience. However the manager on duty that morning was very helpful and caring and did her best to make things right

It’s a beautiful hotel. The back patio/porch is great. Everyone was really nice but the bill was very confusing. I reserved the room for $256, but when I checked in I was told the amount due was $414. They told me they couldn’t give me a print out of the charges until I checked out. We had 2 small dogs with us 5 and 10 lbs. The hostess said there was one charge of $75 per visit for both dogs. But when we checked out and I received my receipt there was a $75 charge for pet 1 and a second $75 charge for pet 2. I didn’t have the time to go back in and dispute the charges. That seems like a lot for 2 dogs to just sleep on the floor.

The property was very nice and clean. The property is located near restaurants and shopping. Awesome river front.

Pros: The customer service staff is welcoming. A great location ( shopping center, food, etc.) Cons: My room wasn’t the cleanest. The property condition ( needs many upgrades/repairs).

Parking at this facility, when there is an event is impossible. I get people are coming in for an event but for guests actually staying there it was hard to find a place to park my car. Floors outside of elevator on 5th floor were soaked and it smelled moldy up there.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was wonderful at resolving an unfortunate issue with their Computer system that was initially stressful. They followed up with me after my trip which turned a nerve racking issue into a positive experience!

In the room only 4 very small paper cups. After drinks on the first evening no cups for coffee or the bathroom. Toilet paper: only a small roll that was depleted; no other in reserve!! On-line reservation system is problematic. Made reservation for one room, but two rooms appeared under my name. Had to call the hotel to cancel one.

The room was all around wonderful. Breakfast was delicious! Would stay there again

Clean and well kept

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and it was really dirty. The pool deck had dead bugs and hair. It was very disgusting.

The staff was really great, attentive, and friendly. It was fun to have a concert along the river and a farmers market nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The rest of the hotel needed a little more cleaning. Right when we arrived the trash can by the elevator was overstuffed. Not a great first impression. Even when emptied, the can needed to be wiped down. The stairway needed swept, and the pool looked kind of dirty too. So it's a pretty good place, but hopefully they start paying attention to the little things that could make it a great place.

Ashley was at the front desk when I checked in and she was wonderful. Very sweet

The rooms were renovated, clean and spacious. The staff was professional and helpful. The Riverfront was peaceful and relaxing.

What a beautiful water front property! The staff were super friendly, the restaurant was DELICIOUS and well-priced, new renovations. Just wished there was more parking, but it looks like they'll be opening another lot soon. We'll be back!

They need to advertise the breakfast is not free or included. Please have towels and wash cloths available in the room. It was 4 of us and they gave us 1 towel. And please be prepared to walk far to get to the hotel entrance door.

Location

We were not able to obtain continental breakfast due to construction. The room was comfortable, but lack a few amenities that we were expecting.

The property is being renovated and the lobby was completely blocked. The person who checked us in barely acknowledged us. When I stopped by to purchase a couple of drinks from the pantry, he never stopped talking to his colleague and never inquired about my stay. The thermostat in my room was broken. It was freezing cold the entire time. The linens were scratchy. The toilet ran. Everything was basically clean but there is no way this was worth what we paid. I was going to note the issues on my way out. The person at the front desk was much friendlier, but he was on the phone when I came to check out and unavailable to chat with the customer. Oh well. Will not be returning. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. There are plenty of nearby options.
