The staff was nice. Housekeeping would come in and clean the room and once they had left the floor with really greasy and it made it dirty to get into bed. Had to continue washing feet. I got abouts 8 bug bites sleeping in my room. I'm not sure if it was from a mosquito or bed bugs. Overall it is a nice hotel but it is not worth the price you pay.

Nice hotel, rooms are big. The only down fall was the AC was not working my mother found it very hot in the room during our 6 day stay. We didn’t get good sleep due to the AC not working. The pool was not working during this entire time which was another down side as we booked it so I could relax at the pool. Breakfast was nice had a large variety. The staff were good and always willing to help and give information. Habib

I was looking forward to being able to do a bit of swimming and the pool was closed which was disappointing. I should have been told that I’m advance. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else.

The hotel is beautiful! Slightly dated, but adds to the character. The staff were very friendly. Great swimming pool. Great location. We would definitely stay again.

This is a very run down hotel, but the hotel was clean, service was okay - except for the lady in reception who claims to be the manager was not polite at all

Lovely hotel but they advertise 3 restaurants and there was only one and that was a buffet!

One of my favorate hotels. Wonderful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Lots of unique atmosphere.

Quiet hotel. Upon checking in we didn’t receive any information on the hotel/location which would have been helpful. Pool is lovely, sun loungers could be cleaned, there is music payed during the day and towels are provided. Room is a nice size and is clean, shower doors need replacing! They provided an iron on request. There is a lack of drink options during the day. Lunch menu is decent, no complaints with the food except breakfast could be better. A lot of the staff didn’t speak much English which made things a little difficult but maybe we should have learned French location is nice. 15 mins walk from media quiet far but I preferred the location as it was not as busy and there were some nice restaurants to eat from.

Would not class it as a 4*. look tired in need of a clean up and paint. Breakfast needs improving, Very little veg, vegan option, Need fresh milk. need to change breakfast around. Same thing every day!!

The property is tired and in need of renovation. When we got thee we got maintenance in 11 separate items. Even then, some items were not reported. The staff seemed indifferent and appeared not to care apart from the reception staff, who were attentive. The breakfasts were appalling- the cooked food was dried out, fresh food tasteless. Not a good advert for Marrakesh. We tried another hotel in a similar price range - a very different experience,

Pleasent stay in good hotel close to city center.

This was my 2nd visit to the Royal Mirage Deluxe. The staff are very attentive and make every effort to make your visit pleasant. Everyone in Reception, Breakfast Dining Room, Lobby, Main Entrance and the Bar were very friendly and willing to assist with one's needs and make you feel comfortable. The rooms are very large and the bathroom has a tub and a walk-in shower (which is a plus). Balcony is very spacious. Enjoyed my stay immensely.

The hotel was a bit older than it looked on the pictures. But the staff was very helpful with us wanting to switch room due to a paperthin door to our noisy nextdoor neighbours. Huge buffet breakfast, but all the sweets was covered in bees. All in all an okay stay.

So I will give this my honest opinion based on our experience. This hotel was not a 5* but I would say 3*. If you are looking for something more than 3* star then this is not the place for you. However, the location is good. Fatima from housekeeping is very nice and good at her job, so she get's 5 stars. Staff were friendly but not very informative during our stay and when we arrived. Eg did not tell us basic info such as facilities within the hotel until we asked or even asked about our stay after we checked out etc. just the basic service.. maybe that's because we don't speak french since we noticed it has been different with French speaking guest.. We paid extra for a deluxe room but to be honest there was nothing deluxe about the room. The airconditioning did not cool, but only warm up the room. The toilet didn't flush right during our whole stay, same goes for the water in the sink and shower. After complaining about this a couple of times we just decided to shower in the bath tub, which is inconvenient since my wife is pregnant but ok.. Breakfast buffet was ok but not many options available and it's the same every day (we stayed 10 days). The quality of the food while we ordered room service was good. Pool was lovely, but the water is very cold...too cold to enjoy swimming. Fitness area has a couple of treadmills and some dumbells, so it's very minimal..ok for a day but not a weeks workout. There is hardly entertainment in the hotel and at it's very noisy.

I could not sleep the first night as there is a night club in front of the main entrance of the hotel, the side my room was. They changed me for another room when I asked if the night club would be open again the night after...the hotel did not apology and when I asked to be reimburse for the last night I booked (as I could not take it anymore), they refused without even asking why I wanted to cancel the last night. From a 5 stars hotel, this behaviour is unacceptable.

My experience was brilliant. The hotel staff were very helpful. I have absolutely no complaints. Beautiful pool area. Piano bar which features a very talented musician/singer. Yassine, the general Manager is terrific. Surrounding area (palm trees) is very peaceful. I look forward to the opportunity to return one day.

A 4 star hotel with beautiful decoration. Room sizes are bigger than other hotels

Very nice place in the area called hivernage a litle far from everything but also quiet from the very busy market and daytime trafic, there is WiFi but always seems have connection problems on the 3rd floor verry good breakfast
