I travelled to Sousse with kids and stayed here as our first stop in Tunisia. Its a huge hotel with multiple building. Plentiful parking and it is very nice. Mist likely i booked the cheapest room so we were stuck in the building aaaallllll the way back. It was fine but positive its not as nice as the front building. Rooms and facility clean. Breakfast options were a lot. Staff were amazinh and so helpful. They helped us find local spots, which is what I look for. Overall, good.
Pools were okay but nothing amazing. Beach is walking distance so very nice.

Excellent stay as well. We will be retuning! Large room and pool and grounds are beautiful. Staff is always warm and accommodating.

Overall the check in was great and as we have stayed at this property was excellent. The evening staff was very good and I will be honest that I forgot the name of the desk staff. This man personally recognized my husband was from this area and was very pleasant with us and professional. In the evening, the staff changes and there were extremely unprofessional and rude front desk male staff that was so rude that we tried to avoid him. They only gave one room key for 3 guests and inconvenience to to guests. The food wasn’t great a lot of seafood and not a lot for other options. The entertainment was good and amenities were a good value for the price. Overall, I would return again but not do all inclusive as the coffee machine was always broken and enough options for non alcoholic

The room had lots of drawers and spotlessly clean. This hotel may not be highest quality but it is very clean and in an area that has access to transportation and lots of shops. Even the medina is walking distance. The grounds are extensive.

The beach was nice, Play area was OK, Animation was great. Food was OK , BUT The waitress were Tired . They put bread on most tables,with out anybody sitting on it. That means you can not sit on it. I was walking around with kids to find somewhere to sit in the restaurant. The Chefs were very nice and friendly.

The things I didn’t like was the front entrance where they have tables people are smoking in the front, the night activity in the lobby will not let you sleep based on the loud music they have

Il s'agit de notre troisième séjour en cet hôtel convivial, bien situé et surtout très bien entretenu. Nous aimons ses jardins et sa plage magnifique.

Maintenance came and said it needed replacing and they'd do it in the morning...all 3 days we stayed there it wasn't replaced and didn't flush at all. That was disappointing. But otherwise the food is good, the drinks are good, the service is good and we'll be back! You definitely get what you pay for.

It was a good trip despite the coronavirus scare. The hotel could use some updates but the staff was very friendly and we had a good time. The chef at the pasta bar in the evenings made the best spaghetti i ever had in my life!!! 😊

My only issue was the up to 48 hour turnaround on laundry and laundry not available on Saturdays. The price was reasonable and what I was able to get washed came back clean.

Not a four-star hotel and the rooms are very dirty and not cleaned for awhile in the first floor.
Breakfast and dinner is moderate .
