Bathtub was clogged up water wouldn't drain. We were moved to a different room. Second room had roaches in the restroom.

The Hotel manager did comp my first night after the night attendant gave a gentleman a key to our room which he walked into after midnight with us sleeping. They did not confirm his room number when he asked for a new key. Then just about the time we were almost back to sleep they called the room, we were not able to get to the phone in time. Just when we were almost asleep again, they called again but it only rang 3 times, we did not make it that time either. I called to see WTH and they just wanted to apologize. The next morning I was treated as if the whole episode was my fault by the same attendant. This was all going on at 1 am, Seriously. Retraining is needed.

Overall good stay. Warm and friendly receptionist to check me in. There was an issue with the shower, hopefully that will be fixed for the next guest.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was not so clean. The back of the door was pretty filthy. We stayed for 4 nights so we had to ask for facial wipes to be re supplied. The staff was very friendly. Some remodeling was going on due to flooding.

Got to the property only to find out the indoor pool was out of service while they were doing renovations, which was not communicated anywhere. I have kids and they had been looking forward to the pool. Then we got to the room which had scaffolding outside the wondows and men walking back and fourth hammering outside our windows. The room floors were peeling up whoch caused my toddler to trip constantly and there were nasty stains in the bathtub. Will never stay there again.

The hotel is overall great, staff is friendly, the breakfast was REALLY good, and the room had lots of space. Bed was comfortable and the space was clean. The hotel is close to the airport but there is NOTHING within walking distance. It is literally out in a field by itself.

Cons, right next to the airport. Got woke a few times with planes. The bathroom light stobes for about 5 minutes before it decides to stay on. The fan on the ac sounded like it was not working well and was very loud. And the room had a very smoke/cannabis smell. The whole floor really.
But, it wasn't the worst place I have stayed at. I probably would not stay here again though.

The hot water didn’t work, our bed sheets had disgusting stains on them and the halls smelled like urine. This was probably the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly however it was still a terrible experience.

The employees were excellent, very kind and knowledgeable. The only downside was the steps getting into the office were very steep and I had to go through a maintenance closet before going into the office. Just a little strange, but overall good and easy to work with.

This was a great property only 6 min from the airport. We had an early flight so this made it so nice. We also went to a concert at Walmart Amp. This hotel was easy to navigate to after the concert.

I honestly felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom was gross. Bed appeared to have crumbs or who knows what in it. Once I realized how dirty it was-I didn’t feel like packing up all of my things and possibly going into another room in the same condition. I just dealt with it. Would highly not recommend this hotel

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Wyngate. It is out of the way so it is quiet. The beds were so comfortable! And, best of all, you cannot hear your neighbors or the doors opening and closing in the hallway! Also, wonderful water pressure! Staff was friendly and helpful!

It appeared they had storm damage and repairs were being worked on. Our bathroom door had been replaced with a door that was too large and the door would not close. Other than that, the room was clean

So clean, helpful and friendly staff. They do allow pets which is good but I was awakened at 5:00am by a barking dog. Not the hotel’s fault obviously but I did tell the front desk.
The airport is a 5 minute drive ! Very convenient.
Great selection of foods for breakfast. Something for everyone!
I would definitely stay here again! 5 stars for everything!
