Checking in was a nightmare on a Sunday evening when no reception. Got key from safe OK but no signage as to where room was located. After 30 mins looking rang and was guided to winding pathway behind reception and three 2 gates in pool area. The so called resort is so isolated nothing close by so with no car we were stuck in the room all night without dinner. The rooms are very basis and dated not my idea of a resort.Checked out next morning as need to be closer to Cairns. Reception refused to give me any refund on the 7 nights already paid blaming that it was up to Expedia but Expedia say it was up to the resort and not there decision Would not recommend to anyone

Nearby shopping and serviced by 3 bus routes . Great value for money , nice amenities pool and bbq area very nice. Will definitely go back .

The property is not maintained the way it should be, lack of contact when you get to the room after office hours as there is no contact for anyone who might be able to help with issues encountered. Floors were not properly cleaned. Booked for a week and not enough basics which was advertised to last for the week, booked for 2 people, only two bath towels for an entire week, no pool towels. Linen not changed the entire week. Really disappointing experience. I do not understand how this establishment is allowed to operate like that as a business. What is Queensland government doing about it.

Although reception is closed on the weekend it didn’t matter because the communication was excellent. Just got an email with check in details. Very simple to use.

Quite, no one bothered me and very clean modern room.

The location is great, pleasant surroundings however the maintenances of the rooms could be better. Power switches need to be fixed, taps dripping, the fridge was not working properly regarding the freezer that would not freeze.

Absolutely one of the cleanest accommodation ive experienced in a little while. Comfy large beds, basic motel accommodation, with everything you need for a short or long stay, value for money family accommodation. Great gardens and pool area too pass the time in. Close to all ameniyies and just a short drive to Cairns City. Highly recommend.

Good quality hotel. Spacious comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Located out of town a bit, so would require a car to get around. Would stay again.

Staff were informative. Rool clean and spacious. Pool was large and relaxing. Good access to major roads (less than 10mins drive to Cairns reef fleet terminal) and supermarket.Recommend for people looking for an easy getaway and have a car for transport.

Staff were friendly but the place is in need of a refresh/upgrade. Insufficient car parking and when available was not close to the unit - a real problem if you have a heap of gear to cart. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. Did not feel comfortable as surrounded by permanent residential tenants. Was certainly not value for money. Paperwork said check-in strictly 2pm yet email received said reception closed 1pm in one document and noon in another (on Saturdays) - confusing - had to ring to verify what time we needed to be there by. Will not book there again as money would be better spent elsewhere.

The room was very dusty and I had to check out early as I suffer from allergy to dust. I was given a full refund and the management advised they will be reviewing the cleaning of the rooms. I was happy with the response to my complaint .
