One night stay to play golf at Eagle Vines. Clean, safe. Breakfast included and acceptable. Heater worked well so I was warm on a cool night. WIFI didn’t work but front desk routed me to tech support who manually added my iPhone to the Marriot Bonvoy WIFI.

This property has a big lack of maintenance. Our room, 202, had a bathroom door that was squeaking every time we open or close it. Very annoying. Also the toilet cover was loose, i used a 25 cents to screw it so it would be safer to sit on it. Air conditioning was very noisy and did not functioned properly as the temperature in the room was not constant at all. As for breakfast, this is probably the worst i had in a hotel for years. Lots of stuff was missing, like eggs, sausage looked disgusting, toaster was not working properly since only one side was toasting. To finish, the coffee was so bad that i was not able to finish it.
If you decide to stay there anyway, note that the restaurant across the street offers a great dining experience. If you have a spot to park your car in their parking, make sure you don’t take your car to go somewhere. We did it and on return, we had to park in the alley beside the hotel…

We had a very nice 3-day stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable beds, and friendly & helpful staff. Our room was very quiet on the side away from the freeway. The breakfast was okay with a good number of options. Lots of other eating options nearby, including Sticky Rice across the highway near Costco.

Lighting everywhere flickers and needs updated. Pool area vents and windows show signs of rust. Fan in pool area doesn’t work to give air circulation.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and its condition is continually digressing. The bathroom exhaust was not running, the mattress on the bed was very old and uncomfortable, the sheets were old and worn. We even noticed all of the light fixtures in the hallways are either broken or crooked. The hotel just needs to be updated badly. We left our third night and went to another hotel because of lack of sleep, incuding early morning construction noise outside our window.

Broooo!!!! Walking in to my room and the first thing I see is bed bugs on the bed!! Not just one but plenty and hair all over the sheets as well. Never again!!!! Didn’t even get a refund or nothing from this property.

Front office staff was friendly and provided great service upon check in. The beds in our room were not comfortable and need to be replaced. They feel old and worn out.

Aside from the good breakfast offerings that are included in your stay, this particular Inn and Suites by Marriot was very lacking. They’re in the middle of renovations and are booking guests in the same hallways as the renovation is getting done. We did not specify not getting room service yet we never got it during our stay. Location is by a lot of food places.

With the price for a nightly stay you might figure the rooms would be cleaned at least once during a 3 night stay or at the very least have more towels dropped off but not here. Plus, Expedia must charge an extra fee because the receipt we received from the front desk at check out was $50 less than what was required by Expedia as a prepay to get the reservation. On a positive note, the breakfast food was excellent especially the quiche cups. :)
