A small hotel very close to Paddington. The rooms are small, and there are no lifts/elevators in the building. The service is a bit patchy - although advertised with checkin at 2pm; this was only available around 2:45; but they are happy to store your bags and there is a great English breakfast included in the rate. If you need to stay around Paddington, and don’t need a lot of space, it’s a great choice.

Great location near Victoria St., Hyde Park. Room supposed to be 28m2, it was not. One doublebed and two singlebeds, left only a small aisle to walk. Clean room, quiet neigbourhood. Friendly staff. The breakfast is a joke, don´t bother to try. Guess it´s the location you pay for.

We took our 2 young boys to London for the day and stayed one night. Everyone was extremely lovely, helpful and accommodating. We found our family room to be fairly modern with crisp white bedding and the bathroom was really nice and spotless. The place itself is very close to Hyde Park and Paddington station and although on a fairly busy road it's all very leafy. We'd definitely stay there again.

The manager and morning kitchen staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and in close proximity to Paddington Station.

I had room one with double bed & En suite - Chrome and glass sparkled.All equipment, worked fine.Owner was friendly,helpful and informative.Breakfast aroma very tempting but on this occasion I didnt partake. Together with the location and price I have no hesitation in recommending it.

No not water moved rooms twice. Beds uncomfortable. I would not recommend family or friends to stay at this hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel, friendly hotelier. lovely area handy for Hyde park, museums, Buckingham palace etc. Access to rooms up the stairs.

I picked this hotel for its close location to Paddington as I was showing my parents around London and we had a lot of luggage. The hotel has no elevator but we managed. I have to say that the manager is super nice and accommodating. I think he's fluent in 4 languages and I witnessed this in action at breakfast! Breakfast was really nice as it's cooked on the spot and quite hearty. I think this is better than the buffet-style breakfasts I've had at other similar hotels.

The room was as expected. Small but reasonable for being close to downtown. Nice breakfast with pleasant staff. Used the Paddington station which was very close. Even walked there with luggage to take train to St Pancras Eurorail station to go to France.

Very helpful staff, small but clean and comfortable room. Great location for sightseeing and for getting to Heathrow express. Delicious breakfast!

Wonderful accommodation. Near Paddington Station and the Underground. Location ideal.

Hotel is clean and the owner is very friendly. You cant beat the location--a five minute walk from the Paddington train station. The neighborhood is charming and beautiful. It is also adjacent to Hyde Park. My bed was pretty worn out, though, and I stayed in Room 0. Maybe the other beds in the other rooms are okay.

Excellent service securing a car for our early morning trip to Heathrow. Three gals in the triple and the beds were comfortable. The room was spare but very clean. We left before the breakfast.
