The 2 bedroom room was wonderful for us with our 2 teen grandson's! My only issue was the breakfast ends at 9 am. Would for sure stay again.

Stayed with 3 adults and a young child in a two bedroom suite. Was absolutely wonderful. And Ryan at the front desk was amazing!

We stay in a lot of extended-stay hotels, and this is one of the better ones we’ve stayed in recently. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are nice with great shower pressure, breakfast was excellent, and All of the employees were cheerful and helpful. The only complaint or suggestion I have would be for the property to do a better job of equipping the kitchens. The only silverware we had in our two bedroom unit was four knives. There were no utensils provided to actually be able to make food either. It’s almost as if they want the kitchens to be there to look pretty, but not be functional. This is a very easy fix for minimal cost and hopefully the hotel will make some updates to make the guest experience much better in this area.

Every staff member I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. When I did a search for a hotel I put in INDOOR POOL. This was a staycation for my grandkids to swim. The search criteria gets more and more complicated. I learned you need to call the property to verify. This property did NOT have an indoor pool. MY MISTAKE. The manager and staff were great! Just wish I had called the property😩.

Had an awesome hotel experience at this place. Easy check in, friendly staff, very nice complimentary breakfast with great diy waffle station and the best coffee ive had at a hotel. Clean efficient rooms with a sleeper sofa and comfortable bed, wall mounted tv with rotoscoping bracket so you could turn it toward either side of room. Clean walk-in shower , kitchen was a hit !! Complete with dishes and stove ready to serve a meal, dishwasher and sink. A great place to stay with thoughtful extras everywhere. I mean seriously, a hotel with a Basketball court, an outdoor lounge area and a Barbecue grill ? Just awesome
My only issues were the Curtains in the rooms didn't offer complete privacy and darkening of the room , Low toilets, and somewhat awkward closet area but these were minor issues.

Check in was very easy and quick, getting into and out of the property was hassle free, good selection of dining options nearby. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, made for an excellent trip!

The assistant manager, Ryan Strong who attended to me was so welcoming and even went as far as upgrading my room for me and my daughters. He provided amazing customer service.

The staff were very nice, professional and very helpful. My only wish would have been for hooks on the bathroom wall to hang bathrobe or make up bag. It was convenient to E.P. Sawyer Park and Downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

I had a 5 night stay here with my boyfriend for Louder than Life 2023. The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent, and most importantly the room was comfortable, clean and silent. The hotel was fully booked and we never heard another soul while we were in the room. Housekeeping stops by if requested but does not come daily so there is a lot of privacy too. The only issues we had were with the toilet. Whenever we sat on it it shook and rattled and the flush was very weak, however maintenance fixed it immediately.
I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again! There is plenty of shopping and dining nearby and the area felt secure and pleasant.

I stayed here for a nearby conference and I loved the suite. The little kitchen was perfect for snacks and the couch for snuggling up and reading. The bathroom was large and the beds comfy.

Hotel was clean and very updated. Staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal provided. Pool and gym were nice as well. I was excited to find I didn’t have to be checked out until noon. Rounding up my four kids and all of stuff is always a hassle and the extra time was very nice.

Had a nice stay, employees were very friendly, especially the food area employees. Did ask for room to be serviced on one of the days and it wasn't, so we had to go to front desk for towels. We stayed in a 2 room suite and it was very spacious. Enjoyed the happy hour snacks, wish they would have done everyday we were there. Will stay here again when in town.
