Shower water like warm. A/C cover around the bottom was loose. Breakfast was just pk

Room was nice & clean. Hallways smelled fresh and clean. That was such a relief from other hotels. We were completely satisfied with our room, the amenities, and our stay. Thank you Hampton Inn 👏 job well done.

Passing through on our way to Columbus. Willie at the front desk was very welcoming. Room was clean. My 10 and 12 year old loved the breakfast selections. It was not a big deal for us but note that the pool is under renovations

Hunter and Conner did excellent job on check in. I thought i hadn't paid so i gave them cash. Before i walked away Conner caught my error and returned my cash to me. That was honorable because he and Hunter could have said nothing and split it. I commend these two for honesty, speedy check in, and great service

The room was fine but the diverted valve for the shower was broken so we had no hot water in the shower.

Everything about this hotel is great with one huge exception. They advertise as being pet friendly. But they charged $75 for our dog. Apparently this is hotel practice. I am accustomed to paying about $20. $75 is robbery. I’ll never stay here again.

Everything was great with some exceptions - There was very little water pressure in the shower, the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable and the room smelled like body odor. We noticed the whole hotel had a little bit of a smell to it, so we didn't ask for a new room.

Really enjoyed this property for our weekend getaway. Enjoyed lounging in the lobby even for a little while after checkout it was such a beautiful day and we weren’t in a hurry. This hotel and staff were absolutely excellent and we so enjoyed our time.

Close to highway. Gym was very small. Pool was closed. Beds were comfy. Staff were pleasant but not overly attentive. I had to keep interrupting 2 staff talking to get help. Instructions could be clearer. A basic hotel that served its purpose. Wasn't overly amazing.

I always try to stay at Hampton because they are clean and reasonably priced. This one cost a bit more but I trust Hampton. Not anymore. The pool was out of order, the fitness center was extremely small, the room was in desperate need of a remodel & was not very clean. The walls were paper thin and the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. I might as well have stayed at a Super 8. Very disappointed!!!!

Door to room had a huge gap at the bottom so we could hear EVERYTHING from the hall. Room had a weird stinch and toilet was dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable.

I booked this listing based on the fact it had an indoor pool, playground and mini golf however when we checked in we were told the pool is closed for maintenance and they don’t have mini golf or a playground. My two kids were very upset.
