Clean, comfortable, and great value. We would stay again as long as our room is located on the frontline of the facility.

Our room was on the backside of the facility, which is near the Interstate. We had trouble sleeping because you could hear the noise traffic very plainly from our room.

Room was filthy. Arrived near midnight - after mentioning both of the bed had dirty bed sheets and room smelling like smoke, they put me in another room that had blood on the wall. manager refused to provide a refund the next day when I told him everything that happened. He said I should’ve just left at 1am in the morning (even though the manager didn’t arrive until the next morning), so he wasn’t even there for me to speak with when this was happening. He refused to refund and told me to leave a review.

For first time travelers with a pet, we loved that our two dogs stayed free. We liked the referral to the Goondoliera restaurant around the corner where our dogs were welcome and they have a 10% discount with our room key. Staff was very friendly and helpful, including when my son spilled at breakfast.

The little fridge had a tiny working freezer, that was nice. There were 2 luggage carts, and they were sturdy.

Not Red Roof's fault, but the traffic was very busy and the roads to get to the fast food places were a bit complicated. We could have made use of one or two more towel racks or hooks in the shower area. The sink, which was outside the bathroom, was missing a drain plug and the drain made a rather loud gurgling sound when we ran the water. The soap dispenser that was attached to the wall by the sink and in the shower put out a couple drops each time you pushed it, and the soap seemed a bit harsh, almost like dish soap The breakfast was OK,

We didn't care, however don't pick for the free breakfast. Very limited.
