Very Quiet ...Great Beach Frontage, very clean

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The gardens were well maintained. The location is excellent with direct access to the beach. The resort is old and needs major updating. Breakfast was average and the restaurant had a very minimal menu. We ate there twice out of necessity and both times food took forever and came out cold. There seemed to be a small amount of guests staying there so there was no vibe around the resort.

Surrounfing was great, walking distance to the beach restaurants, little bit of a disappointment was the breakfast choices. There was a buffet but not what I expected to be for a 4star resort. Not many choices very sober. Overall good place to stay.

The Keraton Hotel ticked all the boxes. The staff were excellent- friendly and efficient. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Good choice of breakfasts . Pool and garden area was large and well tended ( including a wonderful bonsai collection). Close to the Main Street and backed onto Jimbaran beach, which is a beautiful beach - white sand, clean, great for swimming, and many good places to eat very close I will definitely stay there again when I return to Bali

Hotel was a little tired. Most staff were friendly but not very attentive. Check in wasn’t great, was shown to my room and pointed towards the beach. Bed was comfy.

Right on the beach, no roads to cross or catching cabs

Beautiful place and the hotel has a nice beach & pool area. Bathroom was a little bit oldish. You can hear quite easily the noice that comes from the nearest rooms and from the hallway.

It was a fantastic place to stay and very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend the place and will stay there again when returning to BALI

Lovely relaxed, clean and welcoming hotel. The setting and location can not be beaten. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

Beautiful reasort front of a quiet large white sand beach. Typical balinese style. Large swimming pool to chill. Room are big with a king size, baby bed cote also available for free. Gorgeous breakfast in the same price with buffet before 10 am. Menus at restaurants are to much european but there are special evening with balinese food and dance, barbecue. Beer is quite expensive (+100K for large Bintang)

Perfect place to relax, enjoy the resort, gardens, pool & beach. Quiet & relaxing. The breakfast & the restaurant food we’re both very good. You can sit on the beach and watch the sun set while you dine. We didn't want to leave after four days.

The grounds were very beautiful but rooms needed updating. Bathroom and bed linens were clean but the mosquito netting around the bed needed replacing also, there was a bunch of dust along the railing at the head of the bead. I was bummed that i payed more to book a “Superior” room when actually the “deluxe” rooms were closer to the pool, beach and restaurant. The resort has beautiful sunset views and restaurants food was decent. Spa prices were very expensive compared to other resorts in the area.

Everything about this place was very good, really pleasant and helpful staff , good food, nothing to complain about.

We were only in Bali for 1 night on our way back to Australia after a trip to West Papua. We had stayed at Keraton Jimbaran Resort a couple of years ago and were happy with it. So we chose it again. It is perfect for short stays because of its location to the airport. However I would recommend it for long stays too.

Absolutely loved this property - the gardens, the Architecture and the location on the beach. The rooms are dark which took some getting used to as I live in a wall to wall - ceiling to floor south facing glassed in contemporary home however I was only in my room to sleep and the room was wonderfully appointed with Balinese carved Wood Furnishings and canopied bed. I was on the second floor and had a very private balcony overlooking the magnificently, daily tended to, lush gardens. The pool was perfect with a very large wading/cool off section in addition to a large swimming area and there were half a dozen or so seats by the poolside bar. There were countless chaise lounges on the beach with comfortable cushions and a 'fragrant n fluffy' beach/pool towel service. The Breakfast Buffet suited my taste and the Hotel Staff are simply 'lovely' - bottom line - I can't say enough good things about this hotel. That said it is not a shiny contemporary and will not suit the 'South Beach' crowd - it's Beautifully Balinese.

I booked from 15 November to 17 November and then extended an extra day because they property location on the beach was so great, prior to going into Ubud. Lovely pool, great massage at Le Spa, enjoyed all the food at the restaurant. I would describe the condition as a little shabby elegant but for me that gave the property personality. Felt totally comfortable as a solo female traveler (i travel solo often).

Room was a bit outdated with a small fridge.had to bend right down to get things out.otherwise was okay.Service was good.Staff was friendly

Thisplace blew me away eith such beautiful woodcarving wood in the lobby and designer accents. The staff was just wonderful in so many ways. The food at their restaurant and breakfast was some of the most delicious in Bali. I hope to return.
