Room was clean with a nice balcony, staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was plentiful with a huge choice of food The restaurant is large and there is a huge decking area outside. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to use the pool and spa so I can’t comment on the facilities.

It was amazing how hostile and polite everyone was to the heart. From the reception till to the restaurant, friendly People. Clean and 2 h spa with the stay. I also tryed the massage and my body thanked it, it was really considered. We could even place our suitcase after left for the zoo after checkout. All to all wonderful stay. Thanks to these people

This was our 3rd stay at Orea Santon. The bedroom's are always warm & comfortable the spa is excellent and the breakfasts have everything. It’s in a great position near the reservoir & a short walk to the regular tram service into Bruno

Nice hotel on the lake. Rained a lot while I was there so I was unable to really take advantage of the walking trails around the lake. There is a tram very close to the hotel which makes for an easy ride into town, but it is a 25-30 minute ride into town from the hotel. All in all it was a very nice stay. My main complaint would be the dining. There is one restaurant, and it’s like a zoo. Breakfast in the morning is a disorganized mess and dinner is even worse. The staff are very nice, but seem very disorganized. They need someone running the dining room. There doesn’t seem to be anyone in charge. Same goes for the cleaning staff. I would go out at 9:00AM and come back at 2:00PM and my room still wasn’t cleaned (even though they were already cleaning rooms when I left at 9:00AM) it’s just a bit annoying to get back to your room after being out all morning and early afternoon to find you now have to figure out something to do for another hour or two so they can finally clean your room. Again, it was an enjoyable stay, and everyone was very nice. They just need to tighten things up a bit

Hotel is in a beautiful location, very nice spa which we enjoyed. The room was well appointed and clean when we arrived. Unfortunately the housekeeping is sadly lacking with late or no service at all. It felt like they were doing us a favor by giving us clean towels. Room had an A/C leak which they tried to fix but it started dripping again in the middle of the night with no other room available. It was a less than optimal experience. Breakfast was plentiful and we very much enjoyed the surrounding areas of the lake. If they could improve their housekeeping service of the rooms, it would be a great stay.

Nicely located on the Brno Reservoir and Bystrc area, which has a lot of activities and easily access on the boat that that takes you around. Easy parking in front of the hotel , can be sometimes crowded , but you will find space. The building is a bit old , but the interior is nicely renovated and modern. The room is spacious, nicely furnished and clean . Really comfortable bed . Could have chairs on the balcony . Breakfast buffet has all the options you can expect , the quality is good. We had also dinner in the restaurant once and it was pretty decent. We used the spa everyday , the saunas are great, sometimes though the pool area becomes crowded. The spa overall is really clean and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful , professional and with positive attitude. We had a very pleasant stay and we could highly recommend it he hotel .

Place needs some renovations but excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, pleasant staff, nice location, great value for money.

The location next to the lake was great, free breakfast, free parking, and very friendly staff. The saunas and steam rooms were in excellent condition. The only thing that I wish I had known was that you need a reservation for the hot tubs because they are all private, which is great but I was unaware until I tried to use one and wasn’t able to reserve.

Wonderful views of the Lake and lovely restaurants too. Supermarket and tram stop nearby.

Front desk and management is not very helpful. I had an issue with my invoice. The amount of the hotel invoice did not match the paid amount at Expedia. But the receptionist and the duty manager denied to clear this up with Expedia. So I had to do that on my own.Rest of the staff was friendly and nice, especially the wellness area.Cleanliness was good. Hotel is old and needs renewal.

The hotel building is old and the way it is constructed is problematic in terms of thin walls thru which you hear almost everything, many of the doors on the floor we stayed do not close without smashing them, which may be done on purpose so they are more difficult to open for an outsider, but it may also be the fact that they are old and the door frames and doors do not fit. Due to the noise from next door rooms it was difficult to sleep beyond 6.30 AM.

Nice Hotel, close to the lake and eating establishments. Good free breakfast, nice bonus to have free access to pool, sauna and other ametities. Friendly staff and reception area. Excellent value for a 1 hours massage.

We were greeted by very friendly and useful staff. The room was nice and clean with a view over the lake (albeit one sees nothing in the evening) and a small terrace. Room has own bathtub of a decent size, with towels, great bed and duvet. There wasnt many restaurants around open when we visited but that was probably due to the holidays. Complimentary sauna and pool was great. Wife absolutely LOVES it. Looks like were probably going again in the future. Massage services are of reasonable price, but booking is required so do that promptly if you need one. The buffet breakfast was majestic but theres only one hot drink machine and everyone wants a coffee, so Id recommend getting up a bit earlier and avoid the queue. Although I got little sleep because of the kids screaming next door the breakfast somehow still quenched my anger a bit. The hotel was slightly far from city centre but the tram number 1 would take you right to the Brno main station.

People don't really speak English but nice.it's bit far from the city that's why the location is good.have a good stay with the swimmingpool!!!
