This hotel is in the perfect location. It was quiet and in a safe location. Parking was well-lit and easy to access from the hotel.

A really lovely hotel, close to the centre, an easy walk to all the bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were so friendly and the hotel offered extras like freshly baked cookies in the afternoon and coffee and tea in the lobby all day. The parking was easy, plenty of spaces and close to the main route 66 road. There was an indoor pool and jacuzzi which we did not use but it looked great. Our room was large, very clean and the bathroom was not huge but had everything you would expect. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a nice hotel and I would stay again. Be careful because there are two Country Inn & Suites. I stayed in the other one before are there is insufficient parking. This hotel has sufficient parking. Everything was very good. I would stay again.

Hotel is a little hard to get to but the property is newer and in good condition. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Room was comfortable and clean and the free breakfast was as expected. They also had some covered parking. I just wish they had actual suites with a separate bedroom from the sitting area, but overall enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel has been renovated and maintained very well. Staffs were very courteous and welcoming. Pool was temperature controlled and clean. Room was very spacious and bed was very comfy. Overall a great place to stay if you want to explore flagstaff downtown and near by places.

Nice property right in the heart of Flagstaff. Rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Parking felt safe. Complimentary Breakfast options were adequate.

Recently-constructed hotel in a great location - close to NAU, High Country Conference Center and dining options. Clean room and facilities, free breakfast and coffee in the lobby. The only thing lacking was the inability to open a window for cool air - kinda disappointing to come up from Phoenix in August and still be stuck in an A/C'd bubble.

Third time here and for a good reason.

The hotel is new and clean. Our room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located and breakfast was ok. The issue was the traffic noise (especially during the weekend), which bothered us even with ear plugs. There was also an unknown issue: it felt like someone was using the washer with a highspeed spin. We felt the shaking in the beds and while standing. The polite receptionist was willing to change our rooms but we stayed due to too much hassle for us.

A very clean hotel. The employee at the front desk was very accommodating, professional, and attentive to any needs we may had. Only issue was that breakfast started to late for the time we had to be at our event. So didn’t get to experience that part.

The place is very nice and very clean, looks a lot newer. Breakfast was fine, my kids love waffles so that’s their go to. The coffee wasn’t that bad. The gym was nice and clean with two treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 1 weight machine. The pool looked nice but we did not go for a swim, we were only there one night. It was so congested in flagstaff, we went for a hockey scrimmage for my son and boy was there traffic. So the kind gentleman upfront gave us a room an hour and 15 minutes early because he saw I had a little one and was traveling with multiple kids. One thing I disliked was the tight parking spaces. Do not park under the awning if you have a truck, it took me a 20 point turn to get out because cars were next to me and behind me. The better space is off to the side of the hotel. The place is off to the side on a street off the Main Street, it was easy to miss the hotel exit. Cleaning and cooking staff were nice and quiet, never bothered us when it was check out day, which is a peeve of mine. I would give it a 5 star because of hospitality but the inconvenience of the location and the parking took away a star for me as it made us late to a game.

Good rates, good location, easy parking, clean, free breakfast, fresh cookies in lobby, didn’t have to ask for any extra toiletries, they checked in with us during our stay via text. Only drawback was no streaming services on TV. But will definately stay there again.
