The apartment was comfortable and with a good setup. The water dispenser was making too much noise and we had to disconnect it from the plug. The bathrooms were not totally clean, and we found hairs from the previous resident. The slippers supplied were used by the previous resident, and although this was a two bedroom apartment for 4 persons only 2 used set of slippers supplied. The standard was not the same (was lower) than the Ritz Carton Hotels in London and Berlin where I often stay. The button for the floor in one elevator was not working. The mattress of the bed was of average to low quality. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to talk about.

Very poor service for a RC brand. I’ve stayed at much lower class hotels in Jakarta which had 5 star service. It’s probably due to the fact that these workers are paid a few bucks a day to deliver their souls to upper class snoots. Marriott needs to address this concern to this particular property.Overall the rooms were huge, properly stocked with the basic essentials and a very efficient cooling system. The location is attached to the mall in which you can buy a Lamborghini and have cheap food at the food court. The karaoke bar called D’something is pretty nice too. 2.5idr for 2 hours in a deluxe room.

Not only was my stay amazing, but the staff descretely discovered (on my passport) that it was my birthday the second night of my stay and surprised me with a birthday cake and song at my room. Was so nice of them.

The location is good, walking distance to the mall which is very convenient consider the traffic jams in that area. If this is high class hotel categories, the front desk peoples were not friendly & seems not experience. Stayed in 3 bedroom residence for 3 night, only 2 coffee were provided, no microwave nor simple kitchen dish washer and towel provided. Same quality for breakfast area, not enough choices provided. Most of the food were in low quantities & had to request multiple time to have it refill.

It was our 2nd time stay at RC residences and it was wonderful . Looking forward to staying there again next time

Quite a bit of disappointment on the overall experience. It was below than my expectation regardless of other reviewers complements.The worst finding was unlikely well-cleaned guest room floor. I found not just one but also a few dropped hair those sticks on the floor together with already-dirty double-sided tape and rubbish box, even together with a small bites of bread. So, my first job upon checked in was to clean up those messes.I was wondering if the management of Ritz-Carlton Jakarta really understands todays traveler. There were too many power plug at the floor level (that helps housekeeper more than room guest) and less power plug for working table, not sufficient for laptop, iPhone and iPad...There was no towel in kitchen, no shoehorn, only one bath towel at the bath room for a double bed room. All those detail (but crucial things to demonstrate customer service quality) were not really looked in.Reception staff was basically good, but spoke very small voice when checked in, I had to ask her repeat for 3 times. I assumed she shall aware it was necessary to speak slightly loud when she found my repeated request to say it again?

Its a good facility but the rooms are inconsistent. Some showers in the rooms are simply broker/do not function. Clearly there is no maintenance program in the residence.

I spent an amazing 10 days at this hotel. I had never been to Jakarta, so everything was a new experience. But having been to other Ritz-Carlton properties, I was not disappointed in the hotels high-end comfort. The staff helped me arrange all of my tours - which were awesome! The location is great! I cant wait to go back later this year!

Not very Grand

The apartment was great and for the price, it represent good value as it is quite a big space that you get for the price. Things to improve are the breakfast and the swimming pool area.

Like any Ritz-Carlton, the rooms and the stay was extremely good. Service was top-notch; all staff were friendly & accomodating to our needs. The rooms were clean, room-service was great and timely. I do note one of the rooms, the bulb was blown and I requested twice on both days to get it replaced but this was not done. This made the room very dim as it was using only 1 bulb, and as there was only 1 window.

Stay in this hotel gave another nice weekend getaway for my family. We were enjoyed since this hotel has a very cozy swimming pool with a nice ambiance (fells it was in Bali not in Jakarta...lol). We stay at 2 bedroom unit, and each bedroom has its own TV and bathroom. The living room is huge as well as the kitchen. Wifi is excellent.

We were warmly received. There were no problems at check-in. The staff was always attentive, friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, and left no wishes open. There was even a game room for the kids.

The room is big with a kitchen with most cooking utensils, washing machine. Room was big and the bed is super comfy. The residence suite was also at higher floor and the view is fantastic. The hotel is also situated right above the shopping mall and eateries if you do not wish to travel too much. Price is a bit on the high side but for all the benefit, it is worth the price.
