They put me in a room by saying that it s a perfect room. However, it was looking to the entrance of shopping mall and there was big noise of the air condition

The hotel was like a dream, excellent service and beautiful views. Its location is strategic, we didn’t have to deal with any traffic as we were able to walk everywhere.

Amazing hotel, location and service

The hotel is very nice. Nice location with nice views. Also the room is very comfortable. But the Valet parking service was very bad. The staff of the Valet parking were very rude and not respectful at all. They are not qualified to serve people in front. They must be behind. Staff in front must be qualified and knowledgeable to deal with guests specifically in 5 stars hotel. Thank you. Omar

At The Adress Downtown, it keeps on getting beter! this is not our first stay at this amazing Hotel; in fact this trip we felt at Home:) There was a lady at the reception, so warm & welcoming, we felt like visiting a family home. she heard about our wedding anniversary and to our great surprise, set up our room with hearts , flowers and a complimentary cake. this made our stay so special! the lady's name is Miss Tahzeen, you'll be very lucky to be hosted by her.

Room number 1304 which was given to us had faulty ac filter. The person who checked us in was hostile and gave us a bad room intentionally I feel. Only booked for one night and was really disappointed. Couldn’t sleep the whole night because of noise from the AC. Had stayed here previously and had enjoyed my stay hence came back to be majorly disappointed. If you are not booking their fountain view rooms don’t bother to book, they will treat you like second class citizens

Feels more like a apartment with hotel services. Location is nice, but i will never book hotel brand again. You have real hotels that are much better Checkin was a bit fast and no explanation about the hotel/facilities/restaurants, no welcome drink either. Excepted more from a flagship property, the breakfast buffet is really small and basic. We really expected much better. The pool area is outdated and the people working there communicate poorly, and also a bit arrogant. there is one lifeguard for all the pools, but he and the other staff is constantly talking with each other in a group behind the desk. Lobby is nice, but to see this just have a coffee here. No need to stay. Their is a nice smell, too bad it isn't in the room. The room does not smell nice, you have to turn on the ac to get ris of the smell. The design of the room is nice but not really special. Value what you get is really low.

I loved this hotel! Right next to the "Worlds Largest Mall"! The mall is really nice and I was just a walk of a bridge between the Address Downtown and Mall. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly.

The hotel property is most popular for its location next to Dubai Fountains and the Dubai mall. While that is great it’s also a haste to catch a taxi because one finds it very hard to get one given the location being extremely busy. Also area around this hotel is jam packed from 5pm to 8pm. Depends on what you are looking for it could be a hit or a miss. The room on Hotel.com I booked was One Bedroom Residence. I was shocked to see the room condition which was very poor with broken scratched furniture and very poor upkeep. Upon negotiating for 2 hours I was given an upgrade from residence to hotel side into an executive Suite which was large and well appointed and made the stay pleasant. Although I was asked to pay extra for it at my check out I was relieved of those charges much to the courtesy of the front office staff. So I am thankful to them. If you stay I recommend only the Hotel side not the residence. Also the hotel side has some rooms that are more fresh than others. Plenty of other good newer address properties I recommend you to pick from such as Address Fountain Views and Address Skyview.

We had an amazing experience at the Addres Downtown. Everything was perfect. Especially the receptionist Myra. She is gougers and professional. We will diffidently come back to this magnificent hotel.

Fantastic location next to Dubai Mall with many restaurant and shopping options. Highly recommend Burj facing rooms for magical views (you can see the fountain show as well). Breakfast and gym were both very good.

This landmark hotel is still in perfect condition. It’s absolutely the best view in Dubai. The location is by far superior to the competition. I would highly recommend the fountain view simply amazing

Only good thing about this hotel is the view of the Burj Khalifa. Hugely disappointed with the staff and rude valet.
