We really enjoyed our stay at Betlem Club Hotel. The room was well prepared, the air conditioner worked (it was a hot few days in Prague), there was a big selection for breakfast, Renata and the other women at the front desk were lovely. And it was conveniently located to all the beautiful sites in Old Town.

The desk staff and the breakfast staff were fantastic! They were very welcoming and helpful. The floors/carpets need fixing big time. The carpeting on the landings were an accident waiting to happen. I really have to watch my step or I would trip. My room’s carpet have seen better days. It was grungy. The bathroom was clean! The breakfast was wonderful and I appreciate the lady managing it to allow me to pack up my breakfast when I had to leave early for my day tour.

I love how conveniently located is this small vintage ambiance hotel. Breakfast is included in the price, and it was very good. Lots of options. And most important, the room and bathroom are very clean.

Wonderful building in a great location to see the sites in Prague. The area is very active, so we had a few noise issues (outside on the weekend and from an adjacent room another night). Otherwise we were very pleased. Breakfast was amazing. Character of the building is very interesting!

I really like the vibe and atmosphere of this hotel. It has this medieval theme and the walls have swords and such which it pretty neat. Check in was funny and there was come confusion but it was sorted out. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great. There was lots to choose from and it was very tasty. What I really like about this hotel is that it's situated in the heart of it all. Very convenient and walkable. Thank you for the nice stay.

Perfect location

This was the worst hotel of my whole trip. Room was not cleaned properly-there was dust and small crumbs everywhere. The noise coming from the corridor at 1 am.

Great location, nice hotel, close to everything!

Close to the centre basic room but fresh and clean

This is an older quirky property which is why we choose it. but the little things like cheap harsh light bulbs and old recycled furniture make the rooms function a bit challenging. This is the off season so breakfast was ok but got better and fresher when the hotel had more guests on the weekend. The price was right and the location was great and the staff did great given what felt like a limited budget.

Location of hotel is perfect. Very quirky place. Booked a suite and messaged hotel asking for sofa bed to be made up and on arrival it wasn’t. They acknowledged my message. Asked at reception to make it up and they said it’ll be done later. It wasn’t. So ended up sorting this out myself. Air con in room but no remote control. Says sleeps 4 people but only beds for 3. States sound proofed. It isn’t. They mean it has secondary glazing. The inside of the hotel is balconies over an atrium and this makes the noise travel. Also says separate bedroom and it isn’t. Asked for a taxi to be booked to take us to the airport and it didn’t arrive and the staff couldn’t sort it out. Very disorganised and disappointing hotel. No big plates at breakfast so eating off little side plates wasn’t great.

Great place close to everything. Breakfast was included and very good. If you want modern amenities this may not be the place for you though.

Great spot! Loved staying in a historic building, and the single room is a great bargain for a solo traveler. I loved the room’s bathtub and the hotel’s breakfast. The location simply can’t be beat. If I’m back in Prague (and hopefully I will be!) I’ll definitely stay here again.

Very lovely place! We were two besties meeting up in Prague and could have two separate areas to sleep in our room! It feels more like a connecting room. Breakfast is also great, we didn’t mind staying in for breakfast at all.

Nice place for solo traveler

We had a loft room. It was gorgeous and reasonably spacious. The breakfast was great and the hotel has an elevator. It is is an excellent location, close to the bridge and also the square. Was perfect for us

The booking information was misleading. The elevator does not reach the 4th floor rooms - must carry bags up a flight of stairs from the 3rd floor. The cellar is where breakfast is, and was also not accessible via elevator. The front desk charged an additional "city tax" fee before we could check in. This was $13-14 in US dollars and was not included in booking information. There were flies near the juice machine in the cellar. Bathroom in our room had foul odor. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The room in December was unbearably hot and, although we turned off one heater and opened the tiny roof window, it remained too hot for any degree of comfort. Staff tried to help, but the owner will not allow the air conditioning to be used in winter. One of our party tried to use the (waist-height) shower, but became unwell due to the heat. The area is incredibly noisy all day, but particularly after 5pm, when the bars which surround it become very busy. The noise goes on well into the early hours of the morning and prevents sleep. The property is basic. There is little comfort in the rooms and the lounge area appears to double as a staff lunch room. I would not stay here again due to the heat and noise.

Very convenient for all the sights. Friendly staff. Although hotel decor was a little dated. It was extremely clean and everything works. Staff spoke good English too.

I was on a 4 day solo trip to prague. The hotel excellent and comfortable. The location was very close to most tourist spots in the old town. The staffs were friendly responsive and helpful.

Excellent location with just a few mins walking to the Charles bridge and the old town square/clock tower. The hotel room has a large sitting room and seperate bed room. The breakfast was good.

I love this quaint hotel. It is comfortable, has great service and is in a central location, near everything. I highly recommend.

The hotel was nice, convenient, old style building and very clean. I loved it. The staff were very friendly. It was very safe place for solo traveller. Located in the middle of Old town which is very easy to walk around. I would recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Prague. I was very happy with everything and enjoyed my stay in Prague. :) thanks for the great service

The hotel is Ok. Old building remodeled. The treat is perfect. They help you and give you ideas where to go. The city is walkable, plenty of options to do.

Location perfect for walking throughout the central city (the tourist parts!). Reception staff spoke excellent English, thank heaven! --At breakfast, I would have liked some more fruit options - nice whole fresh apples, oranges, and bananas were provided, but perhaps some smaller, cut-up portions, maybe other varieties (canned or fresh), would have been nice. What there was was quite tasty!

All the personal was fantastic. Very nice, can not be better.

I love this little hotel. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the people were friendly. It's walking distance to everything I wanted to see and has nearby restaurants to get a late night drink but the street is small and quiet. I had a room in the front and had no issues with noise. When I go back to Prague I'll stay here again.
