Lovely hosts Breakfast fantastic..Perfect location

Just stayed for one night on a theatre visit. Nothing could have been better, we loved it. The room was brilliant and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Will definitely recommend to friends and family if they're heading that way.

Absolutely amazing hosts and hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout. We were welcomed with coffee and biscuits on our arrival and were given our room keys even though we arrived a couple of hours before check in time. There were bowls of sweets dotted about for guests which was an added bonus as I love sweets.
Rooms were so well equipped and had everything anyone could want. There was a coffee maker and pods as well as a kettle. Plenty of storage drawers for belongings.
Even a fan and a hot water bottle which was a god send as I had a bad stomach on arrival. Bathroom had a modern shower and sink and a big light up mirror. Little touches like make-up wipes, cotton pads and shower caps were an added luxury.
Even a bathrobe was provided for each guest.
Beds were so comfortable, satellite TV was easy to use and even had Netflix, Prime etc.
Breakfast was absolutely to die for. Lots of cereal to choose from. Dishes of freshly prepared fruit and yoghurts etc in the fridge. Coffee was unlimited as was juice and iced water. Menu for Breakfast was clearly set out with everything for you to choose from. Couldn't fault any part of the food or the service. Everything was cooked to perfection.
All in all an absolutely awesome stay and I dare say has far outdone any B&B I have stayed in before.
Steve and Elaine are the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble.
Don't bother looking anywhere else. You won't find anywhere better, I promise you that. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect, host couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was absolute spot-on top ingredients good parking and the rooms were absolutely spot-on and clean.

I had a reward night to burn so opted to stay here and this terrace property is lovely with a very customer focused couple at the helm, If I need to stop in Blackpool again this place will for sure be on my radar,

this is not your usual Blackpool b&b. This place is really clean, the hosts were lovely and friendly making sure your every need was catered for. the room was clean and comfortable with nice touches inside.

Would recommend this place to everyone, the hosts male you feel welcome from the very moment you arrive. The room was spotlessly clean and very stylish with a nice comfy bed and full wifi with a smart tv and alexa.
Breakfast was great in the mornings wirh plenty to choose from.
Would 100% come back again, thank you for having us!

We have visited this B and B previously and would not contemplate going anywhere else. Unless of course they were fully booked !! Fantastic hosts and the detail given in the rooms is a credit to them. The breakfast is the best we have ever had anywhere !!!!

We were made to feel very welcome - our room had all we needed and was very comfortable. Property has a pleasing common area to chill and have a drink. Breakfast was excellent.
Close to seafront and convenient for trams and buses. Everything is close enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We received an extremely friendly welcome from owner Steve; he very quickly made us feel at home. This is a very unique property with an individual style but certainly not in a bad way! Our bedroom was the most well-appointed we have ever stayed in. The generous size of it impacted on the size of the, again clean and well-appointed, bathroom, which was on the small size. This wasn’t hugely problematic however. A lovely breakfast also. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend.

Great find in Blackpool.Good location close to tram and we found free all day parking in the street(although they do have parking available) .Loved the quirky decor and our room was spacious .The hosts Steve and Elaine were wonderful ,Very helpful and they supplied lots of little extras(sweets and different coffees in room).Breakfast was amazing ,lots of variety .

Superb B&B - absolutely spotless, Steve & Elaine cant do enough for you. Lots of little extras around the hotel and in the rooms which is a nice touch. Food is great and decor is varied and well thought out throughout the place. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Blackpool.

A fantastic place to stay, and a great location.
Steve and Elaine gave us a warm welcome on arrival and were the perfect hosts during our stay, the hotel was lovely and clean, our room was spotless and we had a lovely comfortable bed.
The breakfast was fantastic, no other word for it, one of the best I’ve ever had.
I Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.
